Hey guys... I have a Dell laptop and ordered the screen because I cracked mine when the laptop slid under my recliner. I ordered my screen and even had it delivered really quick like for under $75... Then When it came it I installed it all by my self... It was really easy and should I break my screen again, then I will be able to order another quickly...
BTW... Dells are user friendly when it comes to changing parts out... I am an airhead when it comes to computer change outs but I did this one myself... YEA ME!
The screen they provided for my old ThinkPad T61 worked as expected and was a good price. There was no need to interface with customer service, so I cannot comment there. The only suggestion I could make to improve my experience was that the could have provided a link to the instructions from Lenovo on how to swap out the screen so I did not have to find them myself.
This was my first time trying to fix a computer. After going to the site, the videos helped give me the confidence and knowledge to do so. I bought a screen to replace my daughter's brand new and cracked Lenovo IdeaPad UltraSlim U510. The screen fit perfect and using their tutorial (not exactly the same) I was able to figure out how to replace it myself. I have NO technology experience... but their online tutorial saved me $150! My girlfriends' laptop screen got damaged. The laptop slipped out of her hand. I ordered a new screen for my Dell E6540 laptop computer. The screen was intermittent and would flicker on/off. By pressing on one place on the bottom of the screen it would go on. There are a number of companies that sell screens but Laptopscreens had a great help section all you had to do was to enter the screen part number and they gave you the replacement. There are at least 4 different screens that look the same and are replacements but have different characteristics. Be sure to order the correct one..
A wonderful end to a 'screen-shattering' experience. I am not particularly techie, but game to try anything. The laptop screen I ordered was a great price. I only have one gripe~ the screen i bought for my black macbook came with a connecting wire that was too short, yet came with a extension that was useless because when used, it was too bulky to hide. Luckily I was able to solder the wires to make it longer~ Other than that, love my new screen =]

I had an excellent experience with laptopscreen. I spoke to one of their reps who gave quick and corect info. I then ordered and my order was shipped immediately. When i received my order it was a compatible part, what I ordered. I would recommend them to others.
My screen arrived damaged and had a big black dot, which is appearently not covered by warranty's fine prints. Scott from Laptopscreens.com was not helpful at all, very blunt and cold in his replies to my inquires. He couldn't care less about his customers. At the very minimum, Scott could have at least expressed some sympathy, or perhaps offer me to buy another screen at a discount. Instead, they were delighted to point fingers and blame me for the damaged screen. Very little committment to customer satisfication.
In the end, I bought another screen at full price just to complete this project and move on. I should of just bought a new tablet in the first place... It was a very frustrating experience communicating with them.
As you see from the replies to these comments, Laptopscreens.com also does not respond well to feedback and always blames the customer for everything. They often try to portray the customer's experience as "unbelievable".

My screen was decaying (most of the time, it would glow red), and once I determined it was the screen at fault, not the video card, I knew I had to buy one. It wasn't too expensive, and it came very quickly, as promised, but most importantly, it works! I hope it works for a very long time.

I bought a replacement screen for a damaged ACER laptop. I had taken out the old one first to verify the exact part number. They had a cross reference to the one I needed and the price was good, although they did charge a lot for shipping - guess that's the importing fees.
