It was suficiently packaged and was in excellent condition. There were no instructions as how to replace the screen so a quick check on youtube and I had a video on screen replacement and within 30 minutes had the screen replaced. My son had a broken screen on his Acer netbook. This was one of the few sites that had that particular screen available, and the price here was less than the others. The panel was shipped promptly and packed well. It was identical in every way to the original. The video instuctions on the web site were complete and accurate and allowed me to do this delicate job without breaking any of the very fragile plastic parts on this little netbook. I don't think I would have attempted this job without the videos as a guide. I was very pleased with the transaction and the product and would definitely order from them again.
I purchased a 17" screen for my daughters Dell Computer. I did it all on line with no screw ups. It did take more than three days to get from Canada to California. I did watch it cover the United States though. It was well traveled Via UPS.
The best part was I was able to install it in less than two hours. This was the first time I have ever worked on a laptop. It worked the first time and ever since.

Tons of screens and they had the CHEAPEST one I could find, but a significant amount. I could purchase a how-to video with my order, but there was also a free one on the site. I replaced my laptop screen myself and saved me over $100!
I purchased a screen for my 1 week old Toshiba laptop. The price was very reasonable for the screen and shipping and I received it as promised. The ability to identify my exact laptop model number gave me confidence that I was buying the right part for my machine. Although a video was not available for my laptop series, there was enough information to satisfy me that I wouldn't run into any brick walls. The replacement screen was virtually identical to the OEM screen being replaced (both manufactured by LG.) The biggest challenge was avoiding damage to the laptop during bezel dis-assembly. My iPod dis-assembly tools were very helpful.
An absolute disaster wrong screen sent replacement delayed because customs release not completed.
Broken screen sent next & finally told it was my fault because the lap top its self was faulty.
The bad service was finally compounded when the refund was sent BUT $19 less than the purchases.

I had no problem with this website, or the order. The screen is great and works perfect. It took a bit longer than the 3 days but I ordered it on thursday so weekends didnt count. :( Other than that I reccomend the website!
I am not a person that repairs computors on a regular basis so I went into this with a lot of unknowns and no confindence. The video and support staff was an amazing help. Ordering on the site was simple and easy. I ordered it on a Friday, received it on Monday. Prices were extremely cheap. Everthing was absolutely perfect. The screen ordered for an ASUS X401A-RPK4 arrived quicker than expected. Installation was easy and effective. The only problem is I noticed one bright pixel during boot on the Windows Splash screen. My client didn't mind because we saved over $100 by doing it ourselves versus sending it to ASUS. I am sure that if more start appearing the 3 year warranty would cover it.

Customer placed an order and the item sent was exactly the item ordered ordered. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged through shipping. Customer contacted our support department and a replacement item was shipped, which unfortunately was held up at the border for an extra day. Once the package finally arrived to the customer it turned out, according to the customer's report that an LCD was not going to fix the computer, and the problem was with the local software installation. It was not necessary to order an LCD to diagnose such a problem.
Customer was provided with a pre-paid return label at no additional charges to return the unneeded LCD.
Upon the return of the item a refund of the original purchase price of the screen was issued, but the portion of the original shipping fee for a delivery that was properly performed was held back because the item was returned by the customer as unneeded and not due to a fault of LaptopScreen.com.
