“Avoid this florist!”

Avoid this florist! They took advantage of our out of town order for a funeral. They deceitfully sent a small vase of old, DYING flowers (many flowers had brown edges) instead of the large arrangement of flowers we had ordered. We had to argue with customer service of "From You Flowers" DURING THE FUNERAL to get a refund! Awful and shameful business practices! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH COMPANIES. DO NOT USE!
