DO NOT USE! I bought the 3 month app and was charged for it and never even got the email to get into the app. Also got roped into buying some $50 cookbook I have yet to even get an email on. Reached out to customer services with the same response of not willing to refund because I have access to secret information even though I have never even logged into the app. Takes days to get a response and is like pulling teeth to cancel the membership. Whole thing is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!

I'm fairly new to the fasting lifestyle and like most of us do when we start something new, I've tried lots of apps and didn't really gel with any of them until I found Lasta. I find the ability to start and stop my fast, with the ability to track my water intake to be very useful. The app also informs you of the benefits after each fast. One thing I find really helpful are the various articles included on the app ranging from recommendations on the best fluids to consume during the fast, to tips on staying active.

Excellent fasting app! The app is filled to the brim with motivating content and stuff to learn about fasting. Such as recipes for food, fasting tips and motivational stories. It is great at tracking your progress and I can see great potential in the future with myself and this app. It suggests fasting times based on your experience with fasting, and suggests things you can do during your fast when you start the fasting timer. It also tracks water intake to reach water intake goals. Overall a fantastic app with plenty of features. Really recommend people giving this a try.

I took a part in their 14 days survey about my experience with their app and I can tell that I am definitely will continue using it (it seems like 14 days is enough to get used to trackers and no need in thinking about what to cook for a dinner)

I do not understand all of the positive reviews. This app is awful. The meal plans are a joke and there is no difference between the categories of the meal plans. The meals are weird and not necessarily "easy" The fasting tracker continues to reset to 0 when exiting the app. There is really nothing special about this app at all. Completely wasted $65. I am such a sucker!

I can't get enough of Lasta. I plan to use their suggestions for life because this diet has helped me steadily lose weight over a month. I was initially upset because I requested to cancel auto renewal after the trial period and I was still charged but customer service was very quick to respond and refund my money. I hope I have the extra money in the future to use Lasta the app is really great!

By the time I hit 15, I was tipping the scales at around 190 pounds, and by 25, I had crossed the 200-pound mark. I discovered this app during my internet browsing, and I must say it's a breeze to use and navigate. What I love the most is the ability to switch meal preferences effortlessly, allowing me to enjoy a vegan meal one day and follow a paleo program the next. It adds a lot of variety to my diet, making it enjoyable and sustainable.

I try to put in my fast and water details and the circle keeps going round and round. It's hours before I can put the details in. Not a responsive app at all. I'm sick of not being able to use the app in which it's purpose is.

Consistency is crucial for a healthy diet. So, I joined a program for weight loss. Now I have tasty and nutritious recipes, and their customer service was great. I lost weight and kept a balanced diet.

Lasta says that they make it easy to cancel but that is not true… After subscribing, I have tried to call their customer service phone number on several different occasions to ensure that I canceled before the renewal date. The company will send you dozens and dozens of emails in the short term and there is virtually no customer support whatsoever. I signed up for an inexpensive trial period & worked to cancel before renewal, and was informed today that because I agreed to the terms and conditions, and didn't cancel in advance of today, the renewal date, it was billed for a further six-month period. NOT happy. This is absolutely a scam and their non-existing customer service shows it. Additionally, they have blocked comments from being possible on social media platforms because so many people were complaining. Happy to share those screenshots of the commentary before they stopped allowing comments on social media. I wonder why!?! SCAM! Advice: READ THE FINE PRINT AND HOLD NO HOPE OF CANCELLING!
