This is a great app,I like the UI & especially the tutorials about health & wellness,and it's very good at tracking my fasting,also the workout plans,but the only thing is that it's subscription is a bit expensive for some people but it pays out well better than over apps I tried
I had a terrible experience with Lasta. They charged me without authorization, and when I reached out for help, their customer service was completely unhelpful. They respond quickly to negative reviews, making it seem like they care, but it's all for show. In reality, they do nothing to resolve the issue or refund unauthorized charges. Beware of this company—once they take your money, they won't give it back!
I was charged $55.82 by Lasta without signing up for a subscription. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I've been met with unhelpful responses and what feels like deliberate stalling. Each time I reach out, I'm given the runaround with no clear resolution or refund.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel the company is not taking accountability for unauthorized charges. I would caution others to be vigilant and avoid this company unless you want to deal with similar issues.

I really like the meal plans. At first I couldn't get them, but the support team helped me. The interface of Lasta is also cool and clear.

I had downloaded this app from the Google play store and I love it! The personalization to find the best plan for me was smoothly, it asked me important information about my lifestyle and routine, that other apps don't do, I was looking for pilates and this app offers it so I'm very happy!
