This app is a total game-changer! It completely transformed my view on fasting, making it a easier to get started and stay committed. I'd tried fasting on and off in the past, but Lasta offers a wide range of fasting plans, along with short and inspiring stories and tasty meal recipes. This app don't show you everything until you give your card number and they charge you. Customer service don't give a crap about you, all they want is the money. I asked for a refund as this does not suite me and my eating habits. They refused to refund my money when I called them shortly after looking at it and they refused, they said wait 14 days and we will refund 30%. I will never use this app, I thought I had 14 days but was charged before that. When I tried calling I could never get through to a person and was discontected several times. I am so frustrated and cannot affored to lose the $100 they charged to my account. The 30% refund offered through email is not good enough.

**Update** after leaving my review I was contacted and offered a full refund. It would have been so much easier if they had just cooperated from the start.

I subscribed to Lasta and hoped it would be a helpful tool for my intermittent practice of fasting. Once I saw the app did not ofer me any thing useful I submitted a request to cancel and reefund my purchase. I was told they do not refund. I caution all buyers beware because once you sign up you just blew $50.

Lasta does not send a subscriber a notification that there will be an autopay charge for a full year subscription after the three-month trial. Even retailers let the consumer know when an autopay charge will be made. My personal experience is that I received a notification from Paypal that a charge was made for a year's subscription. Lasta would not refund the $78.15.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware of their autopay policy after the trial which does not notify the consumer. Most companies notify a consumer before autopay is due.

Update- they did reach out and resolve my issue.

Horrible service. No way to reach customer support by phone. Auto bill after never using product but cannot call to cancel. Scam of a company

I cancelled my subscription a month into it because I found BetterMe to be superior. They didn't cancel it and kept charging me. This is pure robbery.

Tip for consumers:
They refused to return my money and just suspended my account when I had already cancelled it months ago.

Products used:
I started the app but I found BetterMe to be a lot better so I cancelled my subscription with Lasta the same month I registered. Well, I did it online but they never cancelled it, they kept charging me for 4 months and not only that, on top of the $30 monthly charge, they went ahead and charged me another $78.15 in December. For an app that is not even that good I was charged $108.14 without my consent since I had already cancelled. Their customer service is horrible.

I downloaded this app from and ad and decided to pay the money for a 7 day trial and it said i could cancel anytime so i thought no problem i'll cancel it if i dont like it or pay if i do. The app didnt really work for me so after five days i decided to attempt to cancel the subscriprion and wrote a request through the app, mind you this was two days before i was supposed to get billed and so i thought i could cancel anytime. I was simply asking to unsubscribe and nothing happened no one contacted me until two days later where i got billed for the next three months. So i reached out again asking for a refund and to cancel since i did not want to be charged again in three months. I have sent multiple requests and i didnt get any response, despite the request status being "solved", which is not possible since i havent received any money back or even a response. I am now losing hope of being able to get my money back, even though i cancelled before i was supposed to be charged, but i would at least like to cancel the subscription so they dont continue to take my money for an app i dont use and am not happy with forever. The app looked really good, but this experience has been horrible and i just wish it could be solved, but theres no way to contact them other than through zendesk requests which are not being responded to. I am disappointed not only in the app but in myself for falling for their scam.

First, after paying in full, it took me a whole week of going back and forth with customer support to be able to access the app. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone. You slowly get customer support via a series of emails that inconsistently appear every few days. I recall seeing a money back guarantee when I signed up. Not happening. Once they have your money, they tell you no refunds. All it is, is a "timer" or a "stopwatch" if you will, which you already have on your phone. You plug in the times when you start and stop fasting. Half the time, I never got a notification to start or stop fasting as the app promises. Yes, my Lasta notifications are turned ON! Once, I accidentally deleted an entire day of fasting (no idea how I did that) and there was no way to retrieve or edit it. They offer recipes which you can easily find on the internet. When I asked to cancel, they offered me an "e-book guide" or some type of "supplementary materials." I have yet to receive either. It's a total waste of money! If you want to fast, just stop eating at 7 PM and start eating at 12 noon. You don't need to pay Lasta for that.
UPDATE: After I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, Lasta finally refunded my money. They definitely advertise a big bold 100% money back guarantee (see pic) but read the fine print because it's a bait and switch and false advertising. Buyer beware!
