I thought I was paying less than $30 after the discount for 3 months. I was charged $78.15! I'm upset that the price changed and want a refund.

Within 1 day, Lasta responded to my issue and resolved the matter. I appreciate their responsiveness and proactiveness.

I am sure they will be the first weight loss app soon. Even though I have a few points they need to improve (answer a little more quickly, fix long time switches between categories) I still believe they are top app in weight loss niche. Worked for me 100%

I have used many fitness and diet management apps in the past, but nothing compares to this one. This is a great app with rest and diet and exercise, giving me a well-rounded experience and amazing results. One strong point of this application is the smart rest feature. It not only focuses on exercise but also takes care of providing recommendations on rest and relaxation regimens. I feel good when the app reminds me to take regular breaks and offers stretching exercises, yoga or mindfulness practices to reduce stress and increase mental balance.

I was looking forward to trying this app so I signed up for a 7-day trial, it had me download the app to use and then charged me 99$ for a monthly version. I contacted them to let them know I only agreed to the week's trial and they said they would not refund my money. Terrible and not user-friendly.

Update: After expression my dissastisfaction here they have fully refunded me.

I signed up and paid for a 7-day trial, found that the app did not suit me. The app makes it impossible for you to cancel your trial, and instead directs you submit a ticket to their support team. I submitted a ticket to cancel, but they never got back to me and instead automatically charged me for a 3-month subscription. It feels like a scam to not have a "cancel" option while you are on trial, unlike other similar health/dieting apps.

When I submitted another ticket to request a refund for the automatic charge (less than an hour after I was charged), they finally replied but refused. This is ridiculous. The "cancel" option on the app only appears after they have successfully charged you for a subscription plan since they made it nearly impossible to cancel your trial. Comes off as very dishonest, seems like they're just going after the money from people who signed up for a trial.

This app is a total game-changer! It completely transformed my view on fasting, making it a easier to get started and stay committed. I'd tried fasting on and off in the past, but Lasta offers a wide range of fasting plans, along with short and inspiring stories and tasty meal recipes. With Lasta, I've found the motivation and support I needed to succeed on my fasting journey. I highly recommend giving it a try and experiencing the positive impact for yourself!

I purchased the app and was investigating the features when I realized the recipes you need to follow were not at all what I was wanting. I asked for a refund within a couple of hours of using it and they refused. Buyer beware!

Very fast and friendly

Turned weight loss into a game with this app. So fun and effective, and it made me lose weight in the blink of an eye. I can not express with words how happy I am.

I used to think the gym was all that mattered, until I found Lasta. Tracking meals, personalized plans, and nutritional insights opened my eyes to the importance of food. If you're serious about weight loss, Lasta is a must!

I have sent email 3 times now to obtain a refund and then to cancel my subscription. The system is set up to immediately assign a case number and send an email with this reference number. The claim in the email is that contact typically occurs within 24 hours. It has been more than a week since I sent the first email. Reaching anyone by phone doesn't seem to be an option either. I stand by my rating of one star because of what I have described and because I do not have a way to shut down the auto-renewal setting. Auto-renewal is not scheduled to take place until early December. I cannot "speak" with a rep by any means. I cannot cancel my subscription. I cannot turn off auto-renewal. I cannot believe this outfit has so many positive reviews!
