I've been using Lasta daily, and the experience is an enjoyable one. This wellness app is an all-in-one tool that is helpful in tracking weight goals as well as daily food and water intake. It's straightforward to use, you are able to track your progress, set goals, access full meal plans as well as all-level based short routines, making it especially ideal for beginners or people looking to start their fitness and wellness journey.
My favourite features are the meditation courses and the full meal plans. They have a number of meditations from just a few minutes up to a solid 13 minutes. I love that there are multiple time options and styles. These practices have been such a good reminder to take a break and breathe and have helped me in managing stress and reseting. The full meal plans are another fantastic feature as someone who can find herself lacking inspiration with what to eat, they feature full shopping lists and meals from Breakfast to Dinner with snacks and desserts included, all healthy.
The workouts are another feature of the app I enjoy. They are quite short but effective, serving as excellent warm-ups for potential longer workouts or just as quick sessions to get your blood pumping. They are particularly great for days when I'm short on time and uninspired to get moving but still really want to fit in some physical activity.
Overall it is user-friendly and packed with useful features, making it an excellent choice for anyone, and I can't stress enough, especially beginners, looking to start a fitness routine but are not sure where to start.
I have emailed them at least 5 times asking to cancel and they offer me a subscription extension?! No means no! Do not get involved with this terrible company. Robbing people!
