I've always loved yoga, but it was hard to stay consistent with a busy schedule. Lasta has been a great way to fit in quick yoga sessions anytime and anywhere.

I signed up for a 6-month chair yoga program offered at $0.16/day. Instead, they charged me $49.99 for a premium account AND $9.90 for a morning workout program that I never selected. I want my money back because they are a total fraud. They won't answer any of my emails to resolve this, though. Accordingly, I have reported their fraudulent practices, including the filing of federal and state criminal complaints.

I notced on my (papal) i was charged for 5ish months from this company. I have never heard of this co. I canceled that card and changed my PayPal pswd. Now 2 months later I have my new card and I added it to PayPal. Once again now on my new card I'm being charged! I had to close my PayPal and once again get a new card! I am so frustrated. I tried calling Lasta and their message was no one is available to take a call. I tried several times.at different times of the day. This company is a huge fraud! Stay away from them!

I signed up for the app and was not disappointed. The membership gives me access to workouts, meal plan ideas, and much more. The app is easy to navigate, and the workouts I have tried so far are easy to follow.

I've been trying to eat healthy for years, but my efforts were always in vain because I would lose motivation in a short period of time. But thanks to the calorie tracker and step tracker features in Lasta, I've regained my motivation. With the healthy recipes in the app, I can prepare low-calorie and healthy meals and I'm one step closer to my goal of losing weight. I keep track of how many steps I can take per day on the app, and I've even started going on morning walks just to accomplish my daily 10k step! I will try intermittent fasting in the near future, the app also tracks your fasting. I've also started doing the exercises included in Lasta, I never thought I would be able to do calisthenics, but with the diet and discipline, I'm already seeing changes in my body. I'm sure that if I continue like this, I will be able to achieve the healthy life I want. Thank you Lasta!

I have been trying (and failing) to improve my health for years. I felt alone in my struggle and didn't have enough resources to stay on track. Lasta provides a seamless approach to achieve my goals. I love the 7-minute workout feature. If I am ever in a time crunch but wanted to accomplish some physical activity, I just pop on a short workout video and finish up feeling inspired. It is super easy to track my daily food intake and helpful to plan ahead for eating especially around the holidays. Decided to try the app. Made a purchase for $27.91 and received one transaction number. The app charged me five, yes I said it, five times for a total of $139.55. I know better and did not do my research. If an app does not have a direct customer service support line or avenue, do not use it. They will only offer additional services or a free month. I want a FULL refund. I refuse to do business with a company that operates like this. You have been warned. 12/26/24 - Update: Customer Service tried to state the five additional charges were due to the transaction being declined. GARBAGE! The threshold for most apps is two and I would have received a fraud alert from my bank. I left a review in the Google Play Store where they responded and stated they would provide a full refund. They have no intention of doing that nor have they provided one to date. Please read the reviews on non-Lasta sites (i.e. Google Play Store and Trust Pilot) you will see a LOT of issues around double billing and cancellation issues. Again, you have been warned.
