I downloaded the app to check it out. After looking at the app I was not interested. I did not purchase or authorize the app to withdrawal from my account. They took $41.87 out of my account. There is no way or option to cancel the subscription until you have been charged. Lasta is hoping you will not take action to get your money back or just allow your money to be stolen. I have been under so much stress because now I not even use my debit card because of this fraudulent company. You will not get an email to text to say a trail is ending or a charge to your account is coming like most reputable companies do.

I didn't even use the app. They took $41.87 from me and is not giving back. Don't download the app they'll charge you. I feel this company is a fraud. Easy to download hard to cancel the account. I do not recommend.

Lasta has been a huge help for my keto journey! It makes tracking my food super easy, so I can stay on top of my diet. The workouts on the app are awesome and really keep me motivated. Hey all, Ive tried this a lot, Lasta is the app ive had success w. It's super straightforward and easy to navigate. I've always struggled with deciding on workouts and diets (it's not as easy as it looks), but this simplifies everything. It factors in your current diet and any changes you want and then gives you easy, step-by-step guiding. Change is hard this helps where my persistence falls short. It promotes intermittent fasting, which I already do and has made a difference for me. So, my true opinion is at least try the fast. But go all in for it.

This app feels like a scam I paid $10 when I got the app and it charged me $70 when it auto-renewed and they will not give me a refund, the app is no way worth $70! I went on once and you can track your fasting time and calories and they have some articles to read, it's absolute bull$#*! and I didn't use it again. There are so many free apps you can do this on.

Stay away from this app. I bought 3 months membership but want to cancel before the next bill is due in July and cannot cancel. Emails bounce back and the phone does not connect. Feels like a scam. Will be contacting my bank and gave complained to Google as well. STEER CLEAR!

I downloaded this app based on an IG advertisement and it looked pretty cool. They charged my card for the 1month subscription and then I got charged for a cookbook and longevity plan I never wanted. I have emailed to get a refund for everything. I do not like the app. It wasn't like what was advertised and I am getting the run around for why you cannot refund me. You claim there is a 30 day money back guarantee and yet you won't do it. I don't even know what the cookbook and longevity plan is. Never received an email for it!

Finally, a wellness app that meets my individual needs! The ability to customize goals and preferences makes it feel like this app was created specifically for me. It's like having a personal assistant who accompanies me every step of the way.
