I'm honestly surprised with this app, and so lucky to know about it.
Amongst the many things you can do:
It helps you drink your desired daily amount of water, it allows you to create a personalized routine plan for all your daily food, which even has the calories automatically calculated!.
It has tips to avoid bad eating habits, cooking recipes, help to improve physical and mental health.
Workout routines, based on how much you want to do, and what exactly want to achieve, all while considering your weight, height, age and gender.
I'm amazed with the work put into it.

This app has been instrumental in helping me diversify my eating habits and make informed choices about my nutrition. It's an excellent tool for anyone eager to embark on a health-conscious journey.

The app is very intuitive, incredibly comprehensive. The design is user-friendly, and everything can be customized to my needs. You get to choose between different meal plans and eating styles
I find the section on habit-building courses, meditation, and self-care very interesting; they are crucial to consider when following any weight loss program.
It's great support and monitoring for a fasting plan.

They will charge you even if you want to unsuscribe. Because you can't do it! And they won't honour it! I opened a ticket, and noone got back to me, and guess what? I was charged for this month too. I am calling my bank to report them. And I will do everything I can to uncover their scam.

Like many others I have been robbed of my money from this app. I downloaded this app as I was peaked by its advertising from Instagram and decided to give the 7day $2.10 trial a shot in April 2024. Big mistake. Within the same day of opening the account and purchasing the 7day trial, I canceled (or so I thought at the moment) the account immediately. I deleted my account and app from my phone and did not think of it after the fact.

This was in April, 3 months later I noticed a $99.99 charge from this company when I no longer had an account, was not using any of their services, nor received any email or communication from them since I DELETED MY ACCOUNT VIA APP in April. Based from other reviews, it seems this doesn't guarantee canceling the subscription as they don't provide an option to give their consumers an option to cancel or discontinue their services. (Smells like a scam, moves like a scam, acts like a scam? You make your own conclusion)

I attempted to call the support number multiple times following their operating hours on their website immediately after noticing the charge and no response. (I'm pretty sure this phone number is automated to say no one is available at all given hours of the day no matter what their website says) I opened a ticket via email requesting a refund and they have been hesitant to give me my money back.

I can say for sure their service and support team have been incredibly distasteful, disappointing and straight up selfish. How do I get charged $99.99 twice when I don't have an account set up with them? ESPECIALLY after the fact I canceled my subscription twice!

I am out $199.98 and look to pursue legal counsel if I am not guaranteed my refund. This seems to be the common situation for everyone downloading this faulty "health and wellness" app.

This app is a great tool to help you lose weight and just achieve general health goals. It's main feature is an intermittent fasting tracker where you can customise your routine and it will remind you when to start and end fasting. My favourite part however, is the meal plan it provides for you. It provides breakfast, lunch and dinner options with recipes and calories included which is really helpful when you're calorie counting. I would recommend.

This company is NOT trustworthy, zero communication and charges you for something you didn't even agree to.
I've been charged; and of course - no response. I've emailed 6 separate times with NO response at all. Of course, they're trying to collect everyone's money. I contacted the BBB to report this company. If I don't hear from them by 12p today, will be contacting a lawyer. This is an absurd company.

I have been using Lasta for the past month, which helped me more than you could imagine. Tracking my fasting time, calories and workouts really helped me in my journey to losing weight. The app lets you put in every little detail about your body so you can get the most tailored experience just for you. Thanks to food tracking, the app stopped me from overeating at night and distributed the food evenly throughout the day. But one thing I enjoyed the most were the workouts, fast and fun would be the definition I would use.
They dont take up much of your time and burn your calories really fast. The bonus to it, I always felt amazing after. Definitely looking forward to using this app more.
