Not only does the app crash as soon as you open it. But even after you pay for the subscription (my mistake do not fall for it) it just tells you to buy the subscription instead of giving you recipes ect. It has a section for calories burned but then has no way to input workouts, meals, anything really. It's an absolute dumpsterfire and I can't even log in. I have contacted customer service 4 times now and not a single response they clearly don't care about their Company or their customers. I am so glad I bought the trial and not the full 30$ monthly subscription, this honestly isn't even worth the storage from the free app download. I've only had this app for 4 days. I have never written a review like this before, but I honestly want to save people from the headache and the amount of time spent just trying to get the app to work. Long story short Do NotBuy.

I have tried to cancel numerous times. I've contacted them with numerous emails.Tried to call their number that is associated with the charge.They have charged me 3 different times 3 different transaction amounts luckily only one of them went through but each time they tried to charge it went from 99.99 to 89.99 to 74.99. It is cause not only overdraft fees with my bank as well. As frustration with trying to contact them, they have reached out with email, saying that they would get ahold of me and 3 to 5 days to 24 to 48 hours and still no response. It is literally the hardest subscription to ever cancel. And I would not recommend it to anybody.

This app don't show you everything until you give your card number and they charge you. Customer service don't give a crap about you, all they want is the money. I asked for a refund as this will not work for me and the food choices are disgusting and I can't eat half of them. They refused to refund my money when I called them shortly after looking at it and they refused, they said wait 14 days and we will refund 30%. BE WARE.

Update: after several emails and calls they finally refunded my money but not until I reported them and posted a review. Sad someone has to go this far before something is done.
