Updated: Cancelling a subscription is not "Frictionless. I was charged $74.99 automatically for the upcoming 6 months, I contacted them the VERY NEXT DAY to cancel and ask for a refund and initially, they said too bad, it's clearly in the terms to which you agreed. This is true, however they could make it much easier to unsubscribe online, instead of having to contact them via email in advance via email. After some back and forth they agreed to refund 70%.

I had been working out for the most part for over 5 years with little to no result or changes in my body composition. I noticed that from day one of use, my body was reacting differently. I lost weight, dropped several dress sizes and noticed better definition in my abs after only 30 days of use.

I downloaded the app to check it out. After looking at the app I was not interested. I did not purchase or authorize the app to withdrawal from my account. And they did for 3 months and sent emails that looked like junk mail, so they can say they notified you. I didn't even use the app. They took $130.61 from me and is not giving back. Don't download the app they'll charge you. I feel this company may be fraud.

Lasta has a non existing customer service. They don't respond to your requests. I wanted to cancel my subscription but instead they charged me a 3 month fee which I didn't want. This has happened to many people. Stay away from this app.

Last year, my doctor warned me about my rising blood pressure. I knew I had to change, but old habits die hard. He said that what I eat and when is an important part of it and advised to eat healthier. Fast forward to today, my doctor was amazed by my progress. With a heart full of gratitude and a healthier heart rate, I owe this app a debt of thanks for turning my health around.

I am obsessed with healthy lifestyle my whole life and I've tried each eating style, every trend and every popular diets and applications and I can tell that this particular one is totally worth it, it's like 3 different apps at least in this one. 10/10

I thought I was paying less than $30 after the discount for 3 months. I was charged $78.15! I'm upset that the price changed and want a refund.

Within 1 day, Lasta responded to my issue and resolved the matter. I appreciate their responsiveness and proactiveness.

I am sure they will be the first weight loss app soon. Even though I have a few points they need to improve (answer a little more quickly, fix long time switches between categories) I still believe they are top app in weight loss niche. Worked for me 100%

I have used many fitness and diet management apps in the past, but nothing compares to this one. This is a great app with rest and diet and exercise, giving me a well-rounded experience and amazing results. One strong point of this application is the smart rest feature. It not only focuses on exercise but also takes care of providing recommendations on rest and relaxation regimens. I feel good when the app reminds me to take regular breaks and offers stretching exercises, yoga or mindfulness practices to reduce stress and increase mental balance.

I was looking forward to trying this app so I signed up for a 7-day trial, it had me download the app to use and then charged me 99$ for a monthly version. I contacted them to let them know I only agreed to the week's trial and they said they would not refund my money. Terrible and not user-friendly.
