I purchased the app and was investigating the features when I realized the recipes you need to follow were not at all what I was wanting. I asked for a refund within a couple of hours of using it and they refused. Buyer beware!

I have sent email 3 times now to obtain a refund and then to cancel my subscription. The system is set up to immediately assign a case number and send an email with this reference number. The claim in the email is that contact typically occurs within 24 hours. It has been more than a week since I sent the first email. Reaching anyone by phone doesn't seem to be an option either. I stand by my rating of one star because of what I have described and because I do not have a way to shut down the auto-renewal setting. Auto-renewal is not scheduled to take place until early December. I cannot "speak" with a rep by any means. I cannot cancel my subscription. I cannot turn off auto-renewal. I cannot believe this outfit has so many positive reviews!
