In the past, I've tried out various diet apps, but they all seemed to have a monotonous approach. I found it difficult to stick to their unstimulating meal plans for more than a month. However, this latest app has completely transformed my experience! I felt energized and driven during the first month, and I plan to continue using it. Looking back, I wish I had committed to a six-month plan from the start; I would have saved a substantial amount of money.

Do you have an apple device? They ask a ton of questions take payment information and then say go to the apple store. I can't contact customer service because I don't have the app and they continually charge my account for payment for the app I don't have and I have sent a bunch of emails that nobody responds to.

I really enjoyed the easy interface of Lasta. With food tracker in few seconds I can add and calculate my food-calories intake and also keep note of my progress. I also love the fasting watch and the stories that gives motivation. 5 stars well earned!

I downloaded this app more than a month ago and now ready to tell my opinion about it. Thanks to the meal planning thing I've saved some time on thinking and planning my meals and thanks to tracker I now am hydrated. Of course because of it I've lost weight since I started. But it's importnant to realise that if you want this result was permanent you have to stick to healthy habits always, it really should be your lifestyle.
The app is quite easy to use.

Got a response and refund after giving bad review
-Initial review-Dont bother. You automatically have a subscription! You may want a month but you got forever! Then the app is worthless, no more info or help, menus….unless you pay more for each. And there is no general info to begin with!
They are refusing cancellation or refunding!

Stay away from this company!
I signed up accidentally! This company will not refund me. I never even used the app. As soon I accidentally hit submit I called right away and no one ever answers so I emailed. This company sucks! If you have any problems they never answer phone so be aware!
