First, I had to fill out a short questionnaire, and the app automatically calculated the specific amount of calories and fluids needed per day, depending on my initial parameters and goals. You can change the fasting period for flexibility. Additionally, I could count calories and enter my meals, and the app calculates all the calories I get. There is a large and accurate database of dishes, with the option to edit the volume. I always found everything I ate in it.

The app has a helpful system of reminders for the beginning and end of the interval fasting period, reminders for water, and many tips on nutrition and exercise programs with different types of exercises, for 10-15 minutes, for different levels of training. I like it.

What a great app! I am a beginner at fasting, and the programs they have suit everyone! Really liked how this program gave me the information in cool infographics and animations. Thought that was cool. I also really liked how the app gave me extra details on what each plans benefits are. If you want to get into fasting, then this app is for you!
