The exercises are easy to follow. In my case, I use them because I need exercises to strengthen my muscles and this app has helped me a lot to perfect my exercises. I also loved the health tips and the quick and easy recipes. I'm really enjoying each tip.

Lasta is the most comprehensive wellness app I have ever used. I have used several apps that state they are wellness apps and are either simply fitness, relaxation, or diet apps. Lasta has it all to include intermittent fasting, meal plans, food tracker, different exercises to target different areas of the body, etc. Lasta recognizes that wellness is not simply eating right and exercising and incorporates spiritual exercises (i.e. Meditation), daily affirmations. I found it to be very informative and while one should always consult with a doctor, I found explanations for things I had been experiencing (i.e. Still being hungry after eating). I highly recommend Lasta, it has something for everyone!

I was looking for a wellness app to help me keep track of calories and maybe have some ideas for meals, and this gave me that and more. I loved the meditation exercises on the app. They varied in length and even had articles to learn more about food and wellness. I only touched the workouts on the app, but I loved that they had short workouts I could literally do as a break from working at home.

Very easy to use app and so helpful! I love that everything is shown with videos and pictures. The recipes are easy and budget friendly and have helped me with my meal planning. I like the calorie count option so I don't have to google everything and search for hours. I will be recommending this app to everyone!

I like this app because training videos are easy to follow and are educational for all age groups. There is section for information on health too and meals you can easy prepare. There is steps tracker and fasting tracer that I couldn't find on the other apps. For me this app is everything I need to control my body weight and line.

After registering, I read through Lasta's health articles and I made the decision to try intermittent fasting. Lasta helped me with the fasting process by providing a timer, a nutrition calculator, and diet recipes for when it is time to eat. Thanks to Lasta, I have been fasting regularly for the three days that I have had it so far. I am aiming to lose 20lbs. Wish me luck!

I have tried many fitness/tracking apps in the past and Lasta is a like a combo of them! The app is easy to use and flows well, I never feel like I'm trying to find something because it's right there. You can track your calorie intake as well as fasting times, water intake, mood, activity, and steps.
There are suggested exercises for your target area along with rep or time length.
AND so you don't feel alone, there are inspirations stories, reels, and an instagram community!

The app has a lot of content, and if you are interested in fasting, there is also a fasting tracker, and different meal plans (Vegan, Mediterranean, Keto, etc.) I found it valuable, not only if you want to lose weight, but also if you just want to eat healthier and lead a healthier lifestyle, as there are different types of exercises.

There are more options such as tracking your daily calories, and daily water intake reminder, which I also found very helpful. It is user-friendly, so you can easily navigate through the app. In the Explore section, there are a lot of informative articles and mini-courses about nutrition, supplements, etc.

I've been using Lasta daily, and the experience is an enjoyable one. This wellness app is an all-in-one tool that is helpful in tracking weight goals as well as daily food and water intake. It's straightforward to use, you are able to track your progress, set goals, access full meal plans as well as all-level based short routines, making it especially ideal for beginners or people looking to start their fitness and wellness journey.

My favourite features are the meditation courses and the full meal plans. They have a number of meditations from just a few minutes up to a solid 13 minutes. I love that there are multiple time options and styles. These practices have been such a good reminder to take a break and breathe and have helped me in managing stress and reseting. The full meal plans are another fantastic feature as someone who can find herself lacking inspiration with what to eat, they feature full shopping lists and meals from Breakfast to Dinner with snacks and desserts included, all healthy.

The workouts are another feature of the app I enjoy. They are quite short but effective, serving as excellent warm-ups for potential longer workouts or just as quick sessions to get your blood pumping. They are particularly great for days when I'm short on time and uninspired to get moving but still really want to fit in some physical activity.

Overall it is user-friendly and packed with useful features, making it an excellent choice for anyone, and I can't stress enough, especially beginners, looking to start a fitness routine but are not sure where to start.

Paid $30 for a six month membership, had an unauthorized second charge of $49.99 on my card. The only way to communicate is through email. They told me that I purchased a digital recipe book and that they could not refund it because I opened it. I did NOT purchase it and I did NOT open it. They either hide ways to charge you in the "continue" buttons during set up or they straight up run your card and make up an excuse if they get caught. Disputing the charges!

If you want to lose weight fast and efficiently, this app is perfect! Highly recommend for anyone serious about reaching their weight loss goals.
