The support team are always quick in assistance and responding to my emails. Also I feel that my back pain is almost gone thanks to chair yoga workouts

I have been trying (and failing) to improve my health for years. I felt alone in my struggle and didn't have enough resources to stay on track. Lasta provides a seamless approach to achieve my goals. I love the 7-minute workout feature. If I am ever in a time crunch but wanted to accomplish some physical activity, I just pop on a short workout video and finish up feeling inspired. It is super easy to track my daily food intake and helpful to plan ahead for eating especially around the holidays. Lasta is an all-in-one app that makes it easier to improve every facet of your health. I feel better than ever physically and mentally since downloading Lasta. THANK YOU LASTA!

I was charged $55.82 by Lasta without signing up for a subscription. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I've been met with unhelpful responses and what feels like deliberate stalling. Each time I reach out, I'm given the runaround with no clear resolution or refund.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel the company is not taking accountability for unauthorized charges. I would caution others to be vigilant and avoid this company unless you want to deal with similar issues.

They offer a great introductory offer for a year, then continue to charge monthly without authorization. They have a contact number they do not answer ever, offer no hours of operation to call back and don't respond to emails. Trying to even find their phone or email is nearly impossible, it just routes you back to try to sell me things. I had to have the bank block any other payments. I'm so tired of companies doing business this way.

I've always loved yoga, but it was hard to stay consistent with a busy schedule. Lasta has been a great way to fit in quick yoga sessions anytime and anywhere.

I notced on my (papal) i was charged for 5ish months from this company. I have never heard of this co. I canceled that card and changed my PayPal pswd. Now 2 months later I have my new card and I added it to PayPal. Once again now on my new card I'm being charged! I had to close my PayPal and once again get a new card! I am so frustrated. I tried calling Lasta and their message was no one is available to take a call. I tried several times.at different times of the day. This company is a huge fraud! Stay away from them!

Lasta has been a huge help in keeping me on track with my goals. I've always struggled with staying consistent, but the reminders keep me motivated. The app gives me just the right amount of push without being overwhelming. Also, the support team is very friendly and helped me to log in.

I enrolled in Lasta's workout program and also signed up for their nutrition plan, even though I'm already quite knowledgeable about nutrition. Realizing this, I requested a refund for the nutrition plan. However, as per Lasta's terms of service, refunds were no longer available at the time of my request, so they declined it. That said, they exceeded my expectations by extending my membership with an additional 3 months of their workout program instead! As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciated this gesture—it's a great example of outstanding customer service!

I signed up for the app and was not disappointed. The membership gives me access to workouts, meal plan ideas, and much more. The app is easy to navigate, and the workouts I have tried so far are easy to follow.

Lasta provides the perfect combination of motivational trackers and challenges with encouraging testimonials and articles to propel both the novice and expert on to greater heights of health. The varied areas of support, including both mental and physical well-being, create a well-rounded approach capable of lasting changes and real results.

I paid for one month and did not sign up for a recurring charge but they charged my card without my permission for the the second month. They offered me an extension and other options but I just wanted my money back and now they are not answering the email!

I've been trying to eat healthy for years, but my efforts were always in vain because I would lose motivation in a short period of time. But thanks to the calorie tracker and step tracker features in Lasta, I've regained my motivation. With the healthy recipes in the app, I can prepare low-calorie and healthy meals and I'm one step closer to my goal of losing weight. I keep track of how many steps I can take per day on the app, and I've even started going on morning walks just to accomplish my daily 10k step! I will try intermittent fasting in the near future, the app also tracks your fasting. I've also started doing the exercises included in Lasta, I never thought I would be able to do calisthenics, but with the diet and discipline, I'm already seeing changes in my body. Although, when searching by ingredients, I have noticed that the search results sometimes lack quality and have poor image resolution. I hope this can be improved.
