Reached out to Adam B. To sale one of my website properties and he immediately started to go to work looking for potential buyers. To my surprise he found a buyer within a week of listing it and completed the sale within 2 weeks. Adam is always easy to get ahold of and will do the best to make sure your website is sold.

They then give a thorough background on the site to really help buyers like me get a true picture of the strengths and weaknesses of that site. I needed to sell one of my websites and decided to do this using a Broker. I did what everyone else will do... I googled it:-) I drafted a list of ALL the website Brokers showing on the first 10 pages of Google Search and contacted all of them. Some did not reply and many just wasted my time. I was approached by Drew at Latona's about selling my web-based business and I was immediately skeptical but curiously interested in what he could do for me. I've had a not-so successful past with brokerage firms trying to sell my business. Plus, I placed an ad on BizBuySell.com that returned cold leads and no results. I was even more skeptical with Latona's 15% rate for selling my business. Most brokers charge only 10%, but based on my history... their work was only worth 2%, in my opinion.
