Highly recommend Latona's. Ryan Lane helped guide me through each step and got me far more for the site than I ever could have on my own. If you have a high-end site that you're looking to sell, I'd definitely check them out.
I got an email with the subject: "Buyers Interested in Your White Rabbit Press Business". After setting up a phone call the Latona rep admitted that they weren't aware of any buyers who were actually interested in our business. It was just a cold email aimed at getting me to list my site on their marketplace. Waste of my time.
I have purchased two web businesses so far through Latonas with excellent help from broker Adam Beebe. I look forward to doing more deals with Latonas in the future.
Adam Beebe went above and beyond from day 1 helping me sell my site. Once a bid went in he went on turbo mode and exceeded all of my expectations, from the sale to the escrow.

Terrible. Absolutely will not care for you as a seller or buyer. They take any garbage business and will in turn sell you garbage. No vetting on their end of the seller or the business at all. Listing prices are all over the place, and completely meaningless as the numbers are all fluff/made up from the sellers. As a seller I wouldn't give them my business, and as a buyer I have gotten completely screwed from their unethical business practices.
They knowingly had sold a business, that had a lien on the assets being sold, and did not disclose whatsoever. I have emails from Adam Beebe who was my broker to the seller stating this loan & lien, and still it was kept quiet and did not disclose at all. Of course this is on you as a buyer to perform proper due diligence, but for a broker to go as far to hide something like that just to get a business sold is unethical and terrible business practice.
They will also hound you to make a decision and put pressure even if you start to shy away from an offer.
Do NOT list your business with this company, and absolutely do not make the mistake I did in buying one of their sites.
