Latona's

This is one of the most annoying companies I have ever dealt with. They keep spamming me all the time, even though I have never given them my email address. They've been kicked off various email marketing platforms, but they keep changing to other providers after they get banned. Avoid!

I recently purchased a website brokered by Adam Beebe. Email contact was always swift, at any moment of the day, as well as in the weekends. I've got nothing bad to say about Adam.

One thing that surprised me though was the lack of processes put in place by Latona's. In particular transfer of website files, domains, and accounts related to the business.

This was the first time purchasing a website like this, but I assumed that's what a brokers for. The seller and I had to do this all by ourselves, which makes me wonder what the benefit of working with a brokerage firm is... They basically just sent emails back and forth between buyer and seller.

If I was the seller it might have been a different story though, and I do realise brokers mainly work for the sellers benefit, which is fair enough.

I have nothing but great things to say about Latona and more importantly Adam Beebe. He's a true professional and was always there for me during the whole process. His communication and prompt responses is second to none and he's always willing to go above and beyond to help someone. Thank you so much for your help Adam and assisting me with my first exit! There are number of places that broker websites, but Latona's is the only one that has "Open Houses" - recorded webinars where the seller gets a chance to describe the website, sales, daily maintenance, etc. In fact, the broker (my broker was Adam Beebe who was very helpful throughout the process) interviews the seller so many common questions get answered. As a buyer, the entire sale from beginning to end went very smoothly. I would highly recommend buying or selling from Latona's.

I approached Sal Latonas to list our online business. He promplty provided a fair valuation and an estimate of time to sell. He got me several offers very quickly. We were able to close on that offer within 6 weeks. It was an all cash offer.

First they say they wanna buy your site and they have clients interested, then they flood you with questions to profile your website (how much revenue, costs, how it works etc) and then they never tell you any actual quote.
