Fraudulant charge agants my credit card

You charged my credit card for a canceled order and the order was never shipped. The charge was absent the cupon discount ( full price)., and was a duplicate of an other extra order. Shipped on the same day. Order No. ******* was canceled and Order No ******* was its replacment. My credit card was charged for both orders., but only one order was shipped.
