Did nothing

Terrible products and customer service. The patches and supplements did nothing as they claimed they would. I was supposed to have a lot of energy and I still needed coffee every morning. I made a complaint to the company and offered no help and my rep was no where to be found. I'm in the process of making a complaint to the BBB.

I ordered products threw a thrive representative and got my products. Well then I notice monthly charges on my checking account that I didn't make from thrive so I contacted my person I ordered from and she said when she placed the order she accidently put it on auto ship which is a lie, so then I contacted thrive and they wouldn't help me get my money back either. Be careful who you order from and Thrive this is crap

I began using throve 6 years ago. I had been prescribed medication for add for 4 years, and it was ruining my life. I decided to quit taking it. I could t get off the couch, my house was a mess, depression, all the things. My sister in law gave me a sample of each of the 3 parts. I cleaned my house that day. I couldn't afford it regularly, until 2 years ago. Then, my soster became a beach body coach so I switched products to support her. Shakeology does not taste is good, it gets thick fast, and smells horrible of you do not rinse the cup immediately. I did go longer without wanting to eat, but it did not give me the energy I needed. I have been taking thrive only now for about 6 months. I have lost about 12 pounds without doing anything else. My house is clean. The most important thing for me is the mental clarity that I get from Thrive, and did not get from Shakeology. I do not sell either product.

Lied to by promoter.

I was told by a promoter that I would receive a 25% discount if I signed up for auto ship, and I did not receive the discount. When I told the promoter that I'd like to return the unopened product, she tried to make me feel like I misunderstood her. When I received my product in the mail, there is no receipt or return address on the box, anywhere. I feel like I will not receive a refund if I return the product, so I'm basically stuck with it.

Their rep put me on auto ship and failed to tell me, when my card got charged I called and told her to take me off. The next month I was charged again, my product hadn't shown as shipped so I put in a ticket to cancel my order. I was told that my order had shipped even though they literally just charged me for it and it wasn't marked as shipped, and that I'd have to pay for shipping and a 10% restocking fee (so $40) to return it. Product is overpriced and not effective, the reps are sneaky and the customer service is poor at best. Save yourself some money and time and buy legit products not from pyramid schemes.

Thriving 2 years

I want to start off by saying I don't sell Thrive, but I use it regularly. I started about 2 years ago. I used the 1-2-3 method at first but stopped as I noticed my body couldn't handle all it was taking in. I went to just taking the 2 pills first thing in the morning. That works for me! I've stopped a couple times for even a whole month, but I go right back because I feel so much better when I take thrive. It has literally changed my life. I have energy, a better mood and am regular. I wish it was cheaper. I've looked for cheaper that works and have found nothing that compares to the way I feel when I take thrive. I'm a thriver.

Avoid at all cost!

Bought the product and the cost is way to much. Used it and saw no effect in anyway. I could take a everyday vitamin and get the dame effect for a 10th of the cost. When I tried to sell the remaining product on ebay they kept sending Ebay a notice that what I was selling was counterfeit. The company is a MLM and in the end could care less about your health and all about the $$$$$ Lies Lies

Wished I had read these reviews before placing an order. Placed my first (and now only) order two nights ago. Was supposed to get a free item which I placed in my cart. After submitting & processing the order their system automatically added the feee item therefore charging me $32 for the one I placed in my cart. Tried to contact them immediately. There Is no way to contact a live person. You have to submit a request online. There answer was it was shipped before I messaged them. I clearly can see via FedEx tracking # that I contact them approx 12 hours before package was shipped. So my option is to pay the extra cost or to return the box & pay 10% restocking fee. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Will no longer be doing business with them.

I have been using Thrive Since August 2015 and loved it, and all of the sudden My shoulder feels like I just got a Tetnus Shot, And I have a red square mark where my patch was yesterday. Too bad, because I really liked the energy it gave me. But I'm stopping Thrive officially Today. :(

The tablets are nothing more than expensive multi vitamin and not even good content. The supposed feel good factor comes from aspirin based extract and cafine. Nothing more as with all pyramid scheme only person winning is the top. The product isn't the sale the pyramid is

Dozens of people have filed complaints with the FDA regarding this product. One out of every three people who have filed a complaint have been hospitalized! If you have had a bad experience please report it to the FDA and to the BBB. This product needs to be taken off the market before someone dies!

Bad side affects, bad rep, no results

First my rep told me it was ok to drink coffee while on Thrive which I later found out could cause a heart attack. Then I started to get bad muscle cramps/jams in my right calf and then they slowly spread to my hamstring. I even went to the Dr and she changed my cholesterol med and it didnt halp. A month and a half later I quite Thrive as I had no increased energy and no weight loss. Within two months of quitting, the muscle cramps/jams went away completely. Thats when I went on-line and saw all the complaints and all the side affects. Asked the rep about this and she said the website says to consult a physician before using this product. I asked her if she tells this to customers before they use the product. She said no. I also found out that the company tells its reps if anyone says anything bad about Thrive, they r bad people and should not be associated with as well as if anyone tells u money isnt everything they r wrong and should not b associated with. Bad company! Anyone else who had bad side affects, bad treatment or no results please report to BBB and especially to the FDA!

Take a Chance on Change!

When my sister introduced me to the Le-Vel product line, I was reluctant to try something new and honestly didn't believe that it could make much of a difference in my life. But she swore by the products and urged me to take a chance so I decided to give it a shot. I don't like to do anything half way so on the first day, I took a serving of Balance supplements, stuck on a DFT patch, mixed myself up a vanilla meal replacement drink and headed off to work - The BEST decision I could have made! The dreary coffee-filled mornings that used to make up my work week were now replaced with energetic beginnings with zero need for caffeine. I have since become an avid 'Thriver' and can't imagine going back. My workouts are more productive, I don't feel the urge to snack as much throughout the day, have enjoyed experimenting with different fruit additions into my drinks and I can't stop telling people to give Le-Vel a try! Take a chance on change like I did and you won't regret it!

I found a 2 inch piece of plastic in one of my vanilla shakes. I found it in one of the
Individual packets as I was drinking it. Thank goodness I didn't swallow it. I told the
Le-Vel Company about it and they don't care. Their answer: we'll give you a $2.83
Credit. All they care about is making money. They don't care about the costumers

Not for me

I loved the energy when i first started but I built a tolerance quickly. Then I actually gained weight and it was strangely in my stomach area. Typically when I gain weight, it goes to my legs and butt. It wasn't a good look! When I told my promoter that I was quitting for this reason, she tried telling me that I'm taking it wrong, (Dumbest suggestion I've ever heard). I told her there's no way I'm taking it wrong, then she tried pushing new products on me to see if it would help. I couldn't afford more products on top of what I was already buying. It was hard enough spending $175 a month. And another beef I have is they don't cut breaks for loyal customers. I mean NEVER! The only people who benefit from your loyalty is the promoters. Then they suggest you become a promoter so you can get your products for free off the backs of two innocent people. It's a demented way at looking at things. And lastly, the entire Thrive community is very cult like. It's like their drug, it's all that matters to them.

First off if you quit aftera week thats your problem, your body goes through s detox and it can take up to ten days to start feeling it. Its called the 8 week experience for a reason, your body cant become healthy over night! As for the people saying they cant cancel their auto-ship, you have access to your account and can at anytime go to edit auto-ship and pause, or delete it! They are a cloud based company that is why the dont have a number for customer service if its a pressing matter at question get ahold of the person who signed you, its their job to help their costomers out, and that is why you dont have to pay a membership fee to promote or be a customer! Hope this helps some of you better understand the company and all your questions :)

I drank the shake and used the patch and felt like I was crawling out of my skin. My heart palpitated. It was the most uncomfortable feeling. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I also researched and found out there is an artificial sweetener AND Stevia. Why both?
