Do NOT do Autoship!
February 10, 2021

I started out with the 1, 2, 3 step plan. Some how ended up with extra shakes left, so thought I'd just order the vitamins and some of the black label pouches. I CANCELED my auto ship, and went back and checked 3 times and it was canceled. Just got the invoice in my email, they charged me $165 for the autoship I canceled and then 3 min later, charged me $135 for the items I did want. I went to try to contact them, and there's NO number, I submitted a "slip to be contacted" let's see how they do with getting back to me! My items have NOT shipped yet! I thought about editing and putting their address where mine is, so it will ship right back to them but I don't know how that will work? I'm very disappointed as I did like the products, but because of their $200 mistake, I am DONE with level! I DO NOT recommend them! I wish I could warn the world about them!

I am on the second day and I feel like I I am taking some sort of drugs. My hearts racing, I have had sever pounding and flutters in my chest, lots of cramping in my lower abdomen. I have a-lot of energy but feel so messed up. I don't even want to leave the house. I tried eating more food and It didn't help. I want to make myself puke. Not very happy. This is a dangerous product. It reminds me of some diet pill that came out in the late 90s i cant remember what it is. I was trying to finish paint my sons shirt he's wearing to school tomorrow and I have the shakes so bad I cant make a line. Not happy. I havnt had a tash sonce I was a kid and have perfect skin, yet today my checks have a red and bumpy rash

Hi! First i wanna say that people that complain about the autoship here are just people that probably never used a computer because it takes no phone call or nothing to pause the autoship! In fact it takes about 28sec. So putting 1 star for that?
CRAZY!
Second,
I used to be the worst skeptical EVER!
Until i became desperate enough to give it a try. By desperate i mean going against my beliefs and try it...
And oh my god my life changed so much!
It helps me in so many ways! Y focus is like never before! It helps so much my symptoms of adhd!
I have so much motivation to do ANYTHING!
It makes me feel like socializing and it's also easier for me to express my self and also let go!
Crazy right!
It changes lives for the best!

Love the Stuff

I've been using Thrive for almost 3 years, I love this stuff, I jokingly said I thought it had coke in it the 1st time I used it felt had Tons of energy. I've come to realize you need both the vitamins pills AND Thrive together (patches are a hit or miss) NOTE HAVE NEVER USED COKE just an observation of how I felt)

Our entire family loves these products. The 3 steps are an easy way for us to get our nutritional gaps filled effectively. The shakes are delicious & we love the drinks Activate and circulate.

Takes WAY too long to ship to you.

I ordered thrive on 2/10/21 the huge amount of $179 came out of my account immediately. I was notified it was shipped out on 2/10/21. I checked on 2/20/21 b/c I had not received it and USPS said they had not received it (only a shipping label had been created). I contacted thrive and submitted a ticket to ask for a refund. They said they could NOT give me a refund b/c they had shipped it on the 11th and it was now in USPS's hands (not true according to USPS). I finally got an alert USPS had received the package on the 20th and that it would be delivered on 2/23/21. It is 2/24/21 and when I track it, it says it is still in another state! How does no one know when I am going to get my package?

Why doesn't the Le-Vel Company have a customer Support number, as other companies do? This is frustrating to only deal with an e-mail service! Thanks for being honest about this?

Complete scam

Don't trust your friends who try to sell you this. It is nothing more than a scheme to make them money. Did nothing for me and in fact, I had noticeable side effects. Stay away!

There is not contact information. Do give money back without restocking fee and paying to ship it back. If product is so good why don't they have a customer service number. Beware

You know when you go to a restaurant, see a picture on the menu, and what gets brought out looks NOTHING like what you ordered? THAT was my experience with many other products that came through my door.

Thrive is the premium product that needs no pictures because what you get blows any promises out of the water.

Almost three years of consistently taking my three steps every morning, and I feel better than I ever have, look better than I ever have, and STILL see changes all the time!

You HAVE to allow your body the experience of a lifetime!

Be Careful!

This drug made me feel great the 1st 2 days then I became exhausted. I returned it after only using 1 week supply and are only willing to reimburse me $60 on a $150 purchase.

So sad to see a company who could be great, be so negative. Their customer service is horrible. It will take over 1 day to hear from them. They copy and paste responses and do not answer your questions. I can not believe when they make a mistake, they wont fully admit it and will not fix their mistakes. They charged my card again and shipped a order, which I never ok'ed. Auto ship was not the issue here. Their response is, I will still have to pay to ship back to them and pay the 10% restocking fee per item. PLUS be charged shipping from them shipping it to me by mistake. Does this make any sense what so ever? I read our their policy and this should only be if it was my mistake. I should have a full refund due to their mistake. I will never order from them again and they are very rude btw. It is sad when people can not just admit when they mess up. I have decided to refuse the package coming(in 2 days). Also alerted my bank, charge was not authorized. Good luck to everyone else out there, who wants to buy from them. Be careful!
