I bought thrive-level(ultra micronized nutrition) samples from a friend's friend a week ago. I tried it on day1(feel energized, didn't feel hungry, body ache but didn't mind it). Day2(feel energized, didn't feel hungry, still body ache(bones). Day3(feel energized, didn't feel hungry, body ache got worse). So, i decided to do a research about the ingredients(most of them are bad for you). Some of you feel great now but in the long run, it's really bad. So good luck on continuing

Lactose Free my a**
September 30, 2017

I started Thrive 1st day thru 16th i felt awesome except for one thing Lactose... shake says contains milk and soy... before ordering 2 promoters said.it would not be a problem the pills get u ready to tolerate the shake... ok no it doesnt... my abdomen was so messed up i was miserable for 16 days... i contacted my promoter... who 3 wayed on pm in Facebook she was a nurse who proceeded to tell me "Oh no this is Lactose free!" I hate smoke being blowed up my $#*!! Blah blah blah bull$#*!... so i stopped for 2 days... 3rd day only took the pills started cramping and bloating 4 hrs later trying to stay positive took pills only day 2... nope cramping and $#*!ting all day... probiotics and prebiotics do not cure a true lactose intolerant person just dont lie to me. So im done but it did give me clarity and energy all day... so if u are not lactose intolerant go for it!

Leaves " stretch mark" looking lines on the skin

I bought the three step program because my friend really lost weight on this. I ordered the burn DFT stickers or patches which is $18 more because I thought it I would lose more weight. The early morning capsules didn't really give me a kick, it's supposed to energize me but it didn't. I love the powder I ordered chocolate and vanilla. But the DFT patches left marks on my skin, I put them on my upper arm and sometimes on the inside of my arm sometimes in my torso because you have to rotate it to avoid irritation. There used to be red marks after I removed the patches and after a few months I noticed a mark on my upper arm and it really look like the long patches of the burn DFT. It looks like white scars and it's horrible looking. Did I lose weight? No. I tried to diet I exercised but I didn't lose weight. Regarding price you just have to make sure that you buy them when there are deals then that way you can save. Overall I'm not happy because of the scars that I have I don't know if it will go away and it didn't really change anything about energy.It's a $400 some waste of money on my end.

This is a company that relies on inflated sales prices. One would think that if you have auto-ship set up you would always get the preferred prices on additional orders. This is not the case. So of course when one orders their Black Friday "sale" the prices should be a deal based on whether you have an auto-ship order set up. This is not the case unless you order your additional order as an auto-ship order. Who is going to have 3 months worth set up for auto-ship. So when you check out for the sale it ends up being what the regular auto-ship price would have been - no savings. I did not notice this until after I had checked out and completed my order. Most companies who want to keep long term, loyal customers would correct the order and refund or credit to allow for the better pricing. However they claim they "cannot" change an order after it's complete... which just means their policy is they won't. Of course, technically, I made the mistake, but they have chosen not to accommodate a correction and they have also chosen to not have a future customer. I dont feel that for the prices their products are superior to demand the high prices - they are not organic, non-GMO, and have many useless and possibly harmful fillers added.

This company is in business for one thing--to make money any way they can. I purchased a one month supply of Lev-el to try knowing that they boasted a '30 day trial'. I discovered I was allergic to the product pretty quickly, so could not use it. Turns out that the 30 day trial starts the day the order is entered (not the day you receive it), so it's more like a 23 day trial. Then, if you decide not keep the product, you only get a full refund if the product is un-opened (how can I try it if I don't open it?). So, only a 23 day trial and a 50% refund. And, this is a cloud based company--so, no phone number/person to be able to talk to--email communication only. Once I cancelled my account, I no longer had access to log in and view anything, trying to find a back door way in to communicate with them took me 3 hours. Then, when I finally emailed them, they initially were fairly responsive. When I asked them to look at my order and tell me exactly how much I would be refunded, they stopped responding (despite 4 attempts). They had their money and my account was cancelled, so why bother trying to have good customer service?

I ordered as a first time customer because they were offering free products with purchase. I ordered at 10:30 pm and They said I didn't order in time and I needed to order by midnight EST I didn't see it anywhere.
I asked if they could make an exception? NO
I said I would like to return my $230 order and they said there will be a 10% restocking fee and I have to pay for return shipping.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
NO WAY TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON
I LIKE THE WAY HE SAMPLE MADE ME FEEL BUT I WONT BE A CUSTOMER OF THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN THEIR VALUES SUCK

I got to taste this magic weight loss supplement, only cost 240 a month supply. Im pretty healthy, i dont eat fast food, no soda nor energy drink, yes i do love coffee and i workout everyday. I didn' t feel the energy that every one talks about, if anything i got the shakes, jittery, and nausea. Took the thrive crap to my doctor to see. Dont. Drink. The. Kool-aid. All it is is caffeine, aspirin (white willow bark) and a bunch of natural stimulants (guarana = caffeine, Phenylethylamine, synephrine) etc. The reason these people feel ahmazing, not hungry, and have had their lives changed is because they are hopped up on stimulants. Better off trying a multivitamin and buy your plant protein at Purefoodcompany, youll save some money than on this premium proprietary formula of sub par ingredients in an aggressive MLM cult-like format. Just wait for few years when your organs start to fall apart.

TOTAL SCAM

These products are extremely questionable and everyone on the inside is brain washed with these canned statements like "your body is detoxing" or "you're not taking it correctly" if you experience any kind of negative side effect. I eat almost entirely organic and healthy, I DO NOT eat fast food ever. Please tell me how and what I am detoxing from? Also, the second you place an order they say "You should really become a promoter, you'll get all of your product for free..." so you sign up and create a bunch of BS customer accounts (because that is what they tell you to do) and then you order your stuff when they run promos (like buy $400 package get $200 back, etc.) I have done this 2 times now and both times I had to STALK them to the my money. There's always some excuse, "the money comes from Canada..."there was a huge response to the promo, they aren't caught up (but it's already been 2 months)". Stay away. These are basically caffeine pills with B6 and they are NOT worth the headache! I don't think they offer a money back guarantee either.

I have been using Thrive for almost 3 months and probably will never go another day without it. I have lost weight, have more energy, am more focused, and I sleep like a baby!

Many of the negative reviews I see are due to improper communication with their promoter. Their is no contract to stay with the company, you can literally cancel with one click of a button, you do get a discount by doing autoship, the return policy is very clear about the restocking fee, if you are sensitive to meds you should only start with 1 capsule not 2, if the DFT makes you itchy, don't keep putting it in same spot or try a less sensitive place (such as your foot), the shipping I normally get my product in 2 days, if you got put on an email list (which promoters are not supposed to do) all you have to is contact *******@le-vel.com.

If you have any other questions, feel free to send me a message LOL. Don't believe everything you see on the internet. Just remember the more like to post a review are the people who are unhappy.

Morons

The problem with this company is the front line, there promoters. By far some of the most uneducated individuals I have crossed paths with. Some of the one liners and claims that come out of there mouth are insane. One stated there so much Forslean and absorption that it will take off tattoos. Another said she knocked off 3 minutes in a mile run in a day... a day! I firmly believe there cloud based customer service is non existent because of the lack of scientific evidence/studies, they dont/cant answer basic questions. Thrivers = No Accountability. The amount of Oh me stories and excuses given; from I cant get out of bed bc I keep hitting snooze, to I dont feel like playing with my kids. I find it completely pathetic. When describing Thrive, they all use the exact same terminology, its as if the company is controlling what is coming out of there mouth. When asked to describe it on there own they say its hard to describe, you just have to try it. As a nutritionist, its these people who are going to make people unhealthy and lazy. Hard work, dedication, education, and ACCOUNTABILITY is all you need. Not this processed junk.

Best out there!

First of all, what company let's you sign up for free? There isn't many & normally there's yearly fees! Le-Abel HAS none of that! Second, their products aren't for WEIGHTLOSS who ever keeps trying to tell you that - it's a WELLNESS PRODUCT! It's to help you get proper vitamins & absorb higher! For me my doctor loves me taking the three steps & it's helped me alot with maintaining my nutritional gaps. For weightloss - you have to be moving in some sort of way & eating properly. Don't expect to eat junk & not workout and this to work. There's many pillars to weightloss. And le-vel constantly reminds you of that! My promoter is amazing & answers all my questions. Customer service is quick & answers questions promptly - reach out to any le-bel
Promoter if your last is no where to be found - they will be happy to get you some answers. I have used many other companies products either they upset my stomach, I am not absorbing my vitamins properly or it's over priced. This isn't any of those. This is best of the best vitamins - and for me it shows. If it didn't work why are so many people getting results? Again find a promoter & get them to help you! Further more ask your doctor what's going on. The products they sell doesn't upset my gut & I have had many positives from using them!
