Pants were made exactly to my specifications they're comfortable shipping time was excellent considering it's custom made and from a different country. Customer service is excellent also. I highly recommend this company.

I wholeheartedly recommend leathercult! Ordered tailored leather trousers and they arrived promptly and exactly according my supplied measurements. The leather quality is superb and the trousers are very comfy.

My only negative gripe:
Website is completely adequate on mobile, but a bit clunky - especially the scrolling to pick leather type and colour

Wanted to Return My Coat I Ordered.
To Small. Wanted a Bigger Looser Size.
And Was Rejected. Because They Made the Measurements I Ordered. But Everyone is Different
And Sometimes the Feel of the Coat is everything.
And Mine feels a little too small….

I needed a suit jacket for an event that required me to wear black. I prefer leather and thought I would do some internet research to see if anyone had a suit jacket to fit my extra long arms. I found Leather Cult's website easy to shop. All their products seemed cool and I found exactly the style I was looking for. The jacket I ordered was custom made for my suit size and there were many more custom options to choose from like lining leather colors and different textures. The manufacture and shipping time were very reasonable for a made to order product. The fit was great and the material and seam work are perfect.

Worst site ever. If this weren't a special gift for my daughter, I wouldn't have bothered. Still not sure the billing and shipping address are correct as the shipping address was the one that transferred to PayPay, not the billing address.

Couldn't even "add to bag" until I had gone and created an account. Had to re-select and re-enter all information about 6 times (trying multiple browsers) before I got it to work: "add to bag" just scrolls down the page, and "update" at the bottom instead clears all data and takes me to an unrelated page entirely. Didn't even get the "bottom" "Add-to-bag" button until after I created an account.

And PayPal is the worst f@#$%n payment experience ever. I deleted my account with them long ago -- and they wouldn't let me pay without logging into said non-existent account. Finally got around it with a different email address. And despite selecting the "one time payment, do not create an account" option, they then sent me an email saying they created another account for me anyway. Find a different processor, they suck!

Acknowledged the difficulties without any suggestion that they took the problem seriously. Par for the course for generic non-committal responses.

I found a great quality bag I wanted to buy, but the ordering process was a total headache. They insist on using PayPal but make it so complicated. You can't simply check out as a guest; you're forced to create an account. Then, you're stuck in a long email back-and-forth to get a special link for guest checkout, which can drag on for days.

The jacket fit perfectly with alterations I gave them. Great quality. Definitely recommend leather cult

The leather isn't great, not even sure it's real leather and now seems over priced for what I got
But otherwise seems well made

The order was intended to be flat on both sides, front, and back. Regrettably, what I received appears to be curved at the sides, resulting in a shorter appearance when worn.

I was looking for a dark red leather jacket somewhat resembling Tyler Durdens and I found it in the celebrity section but didn't like how light red it was until I found a Spanish red blazer that was perfect. I liked how I could customize it as well.

Everything fits perfectly! I was a bit nervous at first... but I love the clothes!

This particular jeans model should have had belt loops on the back. There are belt loops on the sides but not on the back. I would have requested it if I realized that they would be missing. Will have to add them myself.

I their size is two size smaller compared to the sizes in United States. I did not know the vest was coming from overseas. I would not advise buying something that you cannot see before you pay for it or at least exchange it. The marker price for the sizes is unreasonable.

In the United States I wear 2X for vest. The first vest was too small, I had to order a 5x to fit like a 3X. I wanted just a little more room to wear My vest over my shirts. I gave the first vest away and I kept a second. They did not charge me extra for the larger vest. However, if I purchase another vest from them, it would cost me almost $500. That's too expensive. I will not be purchasing anything else from them, I am not happy with the experience. Not to mention the vests are very thin. Good quality but not durable.

The jacket I got was to the specifications I provided and the build quality surpassed my expectations. Purchasing my jacket was fairly easy and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering how far away I am from India and I did choose to make some custom fittings.

You sent me a jacket in sure and not the leather I chose and the jacket looks like it has been copied from another design but not crafted with the same level of detail and design. I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing the jacket.

I have been contacted but no resolution was offered.
