I've been looking for some LED bulbs to replace my halogens. These were the perfect match. They are much brighter and very easy to install on my Tacoma 2018. Much to my surprise, the installation was easier than I expected. What was a little confusing however was that I thought the high beams were different than the low beams. Just be aware, it's the same LED bulbs (you will receive 2 pair in this package that are identical), but they function perfectly.
The product seems nice and sturdy but mine arrived with several scratches and gouges. Hard to tell if it was from shipping or the packaging process. I contacted LED and they said to just paint over the scratches. Sorry, but I paid $500 for a rack, not the most expensive, but it's still $500. I expect the product to arrive new or be replaced with a new one if the one received is damaged. It seems like I'm stuck with this one, so the only thing I can do now is leave this review and not purchase from them anymore. Good luck to those on the fence, I hope you receive your product damage free.
Seems like a good pair of lights. Although it seemed like when mounting the lights bolts were missing that you needed to mount them I had to find my own bolts. But if I would have known that it creates so much wind noise I would have never put it on. Btw. Wiring harness is not complete either you had to make your own wiring harness just about all the way.
Watch the video somebody posted online and he had the same problem bolts and part of the wiring harness were missing to mount and wire the lights or they didn't have to write ones.

I want to replace my DRL / turn signal lights over the wheel wells but I'm not sure I can trust another purchase from LED Factory Mart.
On the bright side, customer service communicated quickly.

Trying to figure out how to run an ignition acc wire to all the DRLs was challenging. If you could find a way to make a true plug and play it would be a game changer. Also the flanges on the marker lights for the fender flares were way too big and the wrong shape all together and took quite a bit of trimming but I made them work just fine. All in all after about 5 hours of head scratching and modifications everything came out as intended.

Package arrived with no damage quality is Good the only thing is you have to pay for the service which is an additional charge and I wasn't aware of it. But after I installed the front grill oh man I love my taco!

The grill looks great - after a few days work. There were two issues though: First we had to drill holes at the bottom part of the grill where they get inserted by these two prongs that come out the headlights. The factory grill does come with those holes (slits) - this replacement did not (we used a drill to make them ourselves). Second, the grill came with a rubber gasket (strip - that is supposed to go on the grill) looking thing where it meets the hood (when closed). This was the biggest problem because we had to glue it on. There was no way of just fitting in (very strange - unless we missed something). There were no intructions either. Anyway, we solved the issue by using gorilla glue and it worked out but other people may struggle with this more (I can see people giving up).
I have gotten other stuff here and they have neat stuff.
I like it but you need to mark the poles next time a and b cause I put b in a's spot broke a pole good thing there was replacements which was a $#*! to fix but we got it now haven't used it yet that review will be later

Bought as birthday present for sons Jeep, Looked at many other options and this grill is perfect. Well packaged and with all of the hardware. Super easy change. 10 mins. I think this one has the best angry face of all of the grills.
My husband did not receive all of his order in the first box, but he contacted customer service and they followed up and we received the rest of the order.
Just a little disappointed that it took so long to get all the pieces.

Order the tri bar for my 2015 street glide special an when I got it an went to install it it doesn't fit or it's broken haven't really figured it out I lightly shook it an didn't hear nothing rattle an I looked at the connectors an one side was slightly crooked so I'm assuming that's the issue cause it wouldn't fully plug in an connect. But other than that minor issue everything else is good

I purchased a headlight and fog light halo combination for $300. They arrived on time. Installation required me to wire the headlights and all it's features myself. Which the instructions to install were not included. I had to research how to wire and install my self. Now that they are installed, they have multiple blind spots terrible peripheral views and filled with condensation. Literally all four lights are filled with condensation. I have been emailing everyday and talking on the phone every day with "David" and he will not let me return the lights. It's a complete scam. He refuses to send me a shipping label and let me return them. And I am within the 14 days of purchase. Do not buy from this company!
Price points are more reasonable and the reviews seem fair.

I absolutely love my headlights and they work great. Super easy to install once I had all the parts. One of the plugs on the driver's side headlight was cracked but still plugged in. Also there was no fuse tap included in the box so I had to go and purchase one. The headlights were almost sent back to the manufacturer because the post office said they didn't have a full address when I could clearly see that I entered my apartment number in my receipt. When they found the box and showed me the label the apartment number had been eliminated.
They were having a sale and I had heard good things about the lights and they were easy to install
Warning! Do not purchase from this company. They will not allow you to return anything, even if the product doesn't work. The customer service is a joke! You will never reach them on the phone and when you do speak to someone, by email, the will give you the run around of your life until you give up after 2 months. Please take warning. This is the worst purchase I have made in my 40 years on this planet. Headlights are generic and the app for the halos will not link or work properly. Runnnnnnnn!
My order seemed to be taking longer than usual. I had to reach out twice to confirm my order. On the first to see why I got a shipping confirmation but no tracking info after a few days. On the second time I reached out because UPS had not received package yet. Right after I reached out UPS got the package. Coincidence or not still not fast shipping like they say even though I'm in Washington and they're in Cali.

Product works as advertised. I did have to make a minor mod to get the amber turn signal to work, but i bought the jeep used, so that could be due to previous "mechanic-ing"

Cost and styling
I ordered a headlight, fog light, tail light combo. Both of the fog light housing plastic has broken, which after some debating with the company they replaced by sending two new ones for free. Now after only a few months of having the lights I notice the headlights will go in and out randomly for a few seconds at night and then turn back on. Lastly one of the led taillights is getting moisture in it and causing the led in the area of moisture to fade/burn out. Spend your money elsewhere on quality products. If the company is willing to refund my purchase and correct my issue that I would respect and would change my mind.
Received used item someone else had returned after they had first attempted to put it together. It took quite awhile to figure it out with the wrong parts used on the wrong places. It still had missing parts and they would never admit it was an open box item even after I sent pictures of the poorly packed used box. Instead they gave me a minimal 20% refund. They then tried to claim it as freight damage because I got a call from UPS asking about it. So this was a very dishonest transaction from the start so I wouldn't do business with this company again under any circumstances. Also when I tried to call no one answered nor ever returned my calls. I only received emails a day later then I sent them.
No reason other than they had the size roof rack I was looking for for my Jeep.
At first I got the wrong tracking number, and I noticed it never came up as "Valid". Literally within a day of emailing support, they gave me a new tracking number and the part was shipped. Definitely happy!

I ordered brand new led headlights. They arrived and I installed them. They are not bright at all. I tried calling 800 number with no luck and even sent a email with no luck. I just want to return these lights and get my money back
