Poor over all product and packaging. Webpage says it fit TJ Wrangler 2003 but the light they send has 4 wire and my Jeep wire harness is a 3 wire circuit. Not compatible with Wrangler TJ. Asking for RA# for refund.

Our new lights fit great! We were worried about all the chatter about how they don't fit and then the fairing won't go back on, well none of that is true. LED factory Mart is the way to go!

They forgot to include a new headlight "bucket" with my order. I contacted them and they sent one out immediately.

It said 5 to 7 days to receive my order. I got the mirrors in that time frame but the half doors came from china and took 20 days. I would not have ordered had I known it would be so long OR maybe I would not be complaining had I been told to begin with.

Buy American only, make America great. I didn't realize this company was in Hong Kong, was going to return the product, but have to pay shipping & restocking fee, just not worth the hassle.

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
