Everything I ordered was correct and looked awesome once I installed them. Only issue was the length of the wire provided for the lower lights. Being that they had to attach all the way up to the main turn signal quick connect the wire provided could of been longer. Other than that the lights look awesome.
Happy that a military/DoD discount was available. The order indicated that everything would be (and was) delivered at the same time, but the 52" light bar was not with the order when it arrived. I had to call LED Factory Mart to determine where the 52" light bar was as it was a week or so after I received the bulk of the order. I was told the light bar was supposed to ship soon, but nothing in the order statement indicated that there were two different shipments - so that was confusing. I did receive the light bar about 3-4 days later and in good condition, so the order is complete now. Just confusing - I suspect the 52" light bar was "forgotten" on the original order and quickly "added" to get it to me, based on the time it took to receive and the fact that there was no indication about two separate shipments on the original order.
Ordering product was easy! Tracking it was a nightmare. Showed a tracking number but the tracking number went nowhere. Had to contact customer service to see if they could track the order. Received my order and the product is awesome! Fits and looks great! I'll buy from them again.
It was very easy to make my order. No where did it say that they were replacement for factory fog lights, I don't have factory fog lights that's why I was buying them. Now I have to go to my ford dealer to get them installed. Thanks

I find the trim ring is not exactly a fit and the back housing needs to be modified some for it to fit correctly

Got the product with no instructions on install. Emailed them and after days of waiting received an email with a YouTube video. The video was vey poorly made, not professional. I wrote back and said it wasn't recommended to install unless you were a professional. I don't need to be if there are good instructions.

Need info as to shipping as my order was split and shipped next day the second half shipped the filling week and no communication until I emailed several days later and received and email back with info? Not about the 3rd party shipping partner app, what that was?
I had an issue with acustomer care agent not assisting me with a part that I needed to return that I had accidentally order too many of, I called the very next morning and he was very unhelpful with the situation. After sending in my issue one of their other representatives was quick to email me and take care of the issue for me.
Ordered a grill for my 19 Tacoma. After a week was not shipped I called the company said that the soonest the shipping would is 30 days on the website it says 3-7 days shipping brags about fast and free shipping! Called them they said they where more of a headlight company grills take longer did not say that on the website said nothing could be done about this very deceitful

It was a great kit. I replaced some of the hardware to suite what I needed but overall a solid kit i had also purchased a Raxiom 6 panel switch for my Jeep wrangler which made it a lot easier to handle.
I am having a difficult time with making the turn signl connections to the halos. I had led lights before but they made connections at the headlights. The app and colors work well. I like the brightness of the headlights on the road.

Made my purchase early before Christmas, was told they would be here on the 22nd, arrived on the 29th. Excited and attempted to install, wiring they sent wasn't right. Contacted 8 times, finally got a call back. Sent 5 pictures as they requested. I'm on phone call number 6 right now, and still waiting to hear back from them. Extremely frustrated. Sent e-mails everything, have all documentation. I can't say that I would recommend or refer them to anybody. Cheap prices, yes, but can't say it's worth the aggravation.
I ordered rear turn signal bulbs for my 2008 Harley Street Glide because on web site says they fit my bike. I got them and they did not fit they are 1157 dual contact and my bike tike take 1156. I didn't know this when placing order online, so I went by it said they fit my bike. Now emailed them to return them and get correct ones and this is what I was told. I can keep them because of restocking fees and cost to ship them back and reorder the right ones and they will give me 15% discount coupon and try to sell the ones I got. I have ordered headlight and front turn signals and they work great. I don't need to do all the extra leg work to get the right ones just do the right thing and send me the correct lights please.
On the ups web site it say Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet. So I'm just a little confused on how I was supposed to get the package 3 days ago but ups haven't got the package yet

So I ordered a LED light for my 2018 HD Deluxe and according to the site it said it would fit my bike. Well it didnt the new light did not have the mounting bracket holes. Also had no idea these products came from China which I'm not a fan of.

I would not have bought the grille if you expect people to just figure it out.

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
