“Lying scammers beware”

Quoted me a price which clearly stated inc vat then charged me another 20% vat on top to the value of £102 then after ordering grey limestone they dumped 18ton of buff limestone on a customers drive stating thats all they had.
Told them to remove it which at first they refused to do they are now refusing to refund me a total of £492
