Spent ages reading reviews and doing research. The previous mattress I purchased from Amazon was affordable but not really comfortable and left me drenched with sweat in the morning. The Leesa mattress came highly recommended from a couple different reliable sources and I felt pretty great about the price since I was buying it during a holiday sale. It's still astonishing to me that I sleep so soundly. Every night when I get into bed I wonder why I don't spend more time in bed since it's the most comfortable place in the house. I've sung the praises of this mattress to anyone who complains about their sleep issues or who is looking for a new mattress. Stop searching and start having great nights of sleep!
Working with Leesa was a nightmare. I believe they were going through a merger, so perhaps their customer service was temporarily affected. My return request wasn't processed for months, and I had to follow up with them at least four times. Very disappointed.
I've been a very satisfied customer of Leesa for several years. Their hybrid mattress is super comfortable, just recently ordered a mattress protector, which fit perfectly.

I'm a 4"9" 74 year old woman. The mattress and foundation were delivered to my front door. I pushed both to my bedroom and in 15 minutes it was ready to sleep on.

We also love the free pillows,, i called Leesa talked to a very nice lady( Kaitlin) she was very helpful told her how we loved the free pillows and wanted to buy king size just like them but ya'll only have the standard>>>>>> Darn! We have tried foam before and still prefer down! Other than that all is good LOVE THE MATTRESS!

Somehow missed where it chose my credit card? But it was okay. Then discovered I had clicked on a payment plan that had the wron delivery address. Yipes!
Anthony immediately understood the error I had made and set in motion the correction to the correct delivery address. He followed up with 2 emails, assume that the problem had been resolved

We have multiple Leesa beds and love them. Bought a foundation for one of them this time. It got lost in shipping and Leesa worked expediently to get us our package the day after it was lost
Customer service was fantastic. Package was lost and got us the replacement rapidly.

It was super easy to place the order. I received regular emails from Leesa about delivery. I signed up for FedEx updates and knew when the order was arriving.

Leesa and FedEx couldn't seem to agree on who had cancelled or been unable to deliver my package. Neither then seemed to know that it had actually arrived.
Because we have their mattress and wanted a protector that wasn't too deep as most brands seem to be.
Was surprised to see how quickly the mattress came - from placing the order to arriving on my doorstep it was about 4 days. Mattress was easy to set up and is super comfy.

I ordered my mattress on a Sunday and had it that Tuesday. Updates were informative and accurate. The mattress has been great so far. This is my second Leesa and I couldn't be happier.
The delivery person left the mattress and pillows in the driveway, which is not close to the front door. The box is VERY heavy and it was difficult to get it to the door and into the house.

I bought two mattresses, a queen Sapira Hybrid and a twin Original. I love them both. They came quickly and the Leesa team provided great communication.
Ordering is easy peasy, website product information is excellent, and the mattress is very comfortable. The only thing I'd change is to make the pillows that are included with the order optional.
