I have attempted to contact this website to remove my son's picture, name, and memorial. I have suffered much emotional pain and distress over this depiction of my son's death on this website. To date, his picture and name are still displayed. My grief is amplified tremendously to see this exploitation of my son's premature death. They have no heart or ethics at all, nor do they care how much pain they inflict on me. He was my only child. Their business is unconscionable.

They "harvested" and reposted my friends obituary and used it to request money.
SHAMFUL- should be illegal
Legacy.com used to be the place to look for any obituaries and death notices. Many people found relatives and old friends for whom they'd been searching. Legacy.com recently "updated" their website. The usual "Look, we've made it better!" kind of thing. And it's hideous. Nothing works on it. Want blank pages? They've got 'em. Want a reply from them on a problem? Forget it. I wish there was something other than Legacy.com. If they keep their "new" website as it is, maybe somebody will come up with something better. It won't take much. Just a website with webpages that ACTUALLY WORK.
