I had trouble registering, and getting a code took five days. I clarified that I had been named in a summons when I contacted them. They wasted two weeks of my time and money to refer me to a 25% off lawyer in another state. Technology is inept, and the lawyers are not worth 5 minutes to pea hearted to call or return a call. If you're in Arkansas and get put with Lile Rutledge as the attorney, save and go elsewhere to pea hearted to call or return a call or follow through with the crappy recommendation. SAVE YOU 50, go elsewhere! ESPECIALLY IN ARKANSAS! I did nothing but burn my time, then acted like a chicken$#*! at the end. I am a widow, economically disadvantaged, and they stole a month's service from me. GO ELSEWHERE< LEGAL SHIELD SUCKS
