1000% DO NOT USE LENSMART! If i could have did less then one star I would have. I ordered my glasses submitted rx and it was with a no line bifocal script (eyezen+4).not being a eye Dr myself i trusted if they had any questions they would contact me thru the info they required. No they just filled my script as a single vision and charged me the bifocal price. After weeks waiting to receive my glasses to find out they were wrong, you can not talk to anyone only email or fb msger and weeks of one line per day correspondence I am so disappointed in the customer service...deduct this and that and we will refund you $18. They are worthless company Dont waste your time and money on this company!
I ordered 2 pair of glasses with expedited processing. Their tracking showed the process taking 2 weeks to finish the glasses. First strike. Expedited service was supposed to a week processing and faster shipping. They were apparently shipped via USPS. I never got my glasses. Strike 2. Strike 3 is their customer service. They ran me ragged for 3 weeks trying to get my money back. They refused. I did all the leg work that they asked I do and still nothing. USPS showed it was delivered so they denied my claim. In the end, I filed a dispute with my bank and got my money. It's not my responsibility as the consumer to deal with a lost/stolen package. Refund my money and YOU deal with the logistics team. Stay away from this company.

I bought 3 pairs of glasses, 2 of them were readers with same script. One pair is totally wrong script. Their lenses are very cheap and flimsy. Customer service is FB messenger only and drags out for days. They will not hokor the 15 day return policy, 365 warranty, etc. Clearly listed on the page where I ordered; they sited it does not pertain to sales. Which means they do not offer, or stand behind ANY ORDERS. They offered me a 25% off coupon which is less savings them their site or email offers. What a SCAM.
They got my script wrong, or gave me wrong glasses. Either way, they will not make it right.
The worst customer service imaginable. The asian lady will continuously talk in circles and never solve a single issue. They shipped me 2 damaged glasses and the lady just kept asking for the same information I had given her 3x.
They are a complete scam. I hope you ordered with a credit card so you can charge back. Because they will NEVER refund you when they ship you a damaged product. All they will do is endlessly waste your time and steal your money.
I paid $100 and received my glasses and the lenses needed to be adjusted; I could not read with them on. I asked for them to fix the prescription and said i had to pay another $68! I told them I wanted a refund and have not heard back from them! I am out $100 and stuck with a pair of glasses that don't work! UGH FRUSTRATED!
If I could give this company -10 stars, I would. Not only did I tell them to cancel my order over 3 TIMES! They pressured me to keep the order relentlessly! After a while I figured I'd never see my money again so having a bad pair of glasses would be better than nothing, NOPE! I received a faulty product (nose pad was so crooked I couldn't even wear them) so I proceeded to adjust the nose pad (which they are made for) to fit my nose and IT BROKE OFF! Literally just popped off. WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF HAVING THEM! Obviously, I'm not happy. Not only did I NOT want the order, but was PRESSURED to keep it, and only to receive a BAD PRODUCT. Which is a problem on THEIR end, NOT MINE. But they use a nonsense excuse of "because they were on special" they can't honour the 30 DAYS RETURN AND REFUNDS AND THE 365 DAYS WARRANTY! I told them SEVERAL times to give me back my money OR send me a replacement (because I'm on disability and can't afford to lose money!) but nope! The answer is ALWAYS NO! Also, the customer service was THE WORST! I've never had to deal with a business like this before, literal NIGHTMARE! Not only did they take their sweet time to answer the messages, they always mess about and ask ridiculous questions that stretches out the process for nothing! They literally asked me "can we know why you adjusted the nose-pads?" LIKE WHAT!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? Ridiculous! & fyi, if you do want to message them, they only do Facebook messenger!?!?!? And email. And honestly, do not bother with email, they take DAYS to answer! Again, horrible. OHH AND! If you comment on their posts trying to warn people about what they did. THEY BLOCK YOU ON FACEBOOK! Seriously, how pathetic! Now I understand all the angry reactions on their posts! It's because THEY DELETE ALL PROOF OF SCAMMED CLIENTS! Please, for your own good and for your hard earned money, spend it elsewhere! Where the customer is actually valued and not scammed. Horrible experience 10/10 would NOT recommend! I ordered glasses from them for the first time and it took forever to get my glasses. I got them this morning and they don't fit right and everything is blurry. So I just wasted $80. Please don't use them. I'm going back to Payne Glasses where I should have stayed where my glasses are perfect every time.
Worst online shopping experience of my life with them. They can't read my prescription and I have bought from them in the past and the glasses were correct, but not this time. They sent me glasses that I can't wear (their mistake). They promised to refund me 70% of the bill and I never received this refund. I fought with paypal, but they are in favor of the seller, because it is a personalized product. So, if you want to buy, know that you will not be protected in case of problem. I even returned the glasses there AT MY EXPENSE in hope of a refund. I have all the proof with more than 50 messages and they still refuse to refund me. I DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE GLASSES IN MY POSSESSION ANYMORE AND THEY KEEP MY MONEY. I bought several glasses and this equates to a high amount. I will have to get a lawyer against them it is completely absurd. They keep you guessing for months and making false promises. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! IT'S A VERY BIG SCAM!
I ordered glasses from this company on Oct 10,2024 & never received them. Do not order from this company they charge you and don't deliver.
If I could rate it a zero I would. I placed an order and then immediately realized it was in US funds. The only was to cancel is via email. I emailed them immediately and they keep going back and forth offering me $7 off and then $10 off despite respectfully declining and asking for a refund. I had planned to purchase at a later date but seeing as how the the conversion to CAD funds is so large right now I couldn't afford it. They just won't refund me they just keep offering me a couple of dollars off. So instead of earning a future customer, with a family of 4 in glasses, they are on the perfect of losing me.
Third class service, they never deliver whar they promise. The promise me to deliver my glasses on 17th Sep 2024 and it's been more than thrice I visited the store the glasses are not yet delivered and getting only fake promises. Even the head Mr. Hanif is also good for nothing and not picking up the call.
It seems that the owner has got all paid review to promote his shop. For me this Lense mart services are D grade and third class.

Second order- i was pleased with the first order and did not have any issue although the glasses lasted only a few months. With the second order having been either lost or intentionally not delivered despite paying for express delivery, it seems that the results of ordering from here are at best inconsistent and at worst some type of weird scam where you are occasionally given a decent product only to help facilitate the ripoff scam, which is more likely the majority of business done.
Very bad, i really placed an order about 3 months ago. I still have not received it.
I had to email myself for this which made them suddenly say that my glasses were sold out. I had to choose another pair of glasses. I don't want this at all. I just want to receive the right items. I then wanted to cancel the whole order but they wouldn't refund me my full amount. Which i don't think is okay what it's their fault. I really don't think this is okay and want to warn you not to buy here. Hopefully i will receive my order someday... because i have been waiting long enough. This makes me angry.
I ordered prescription into their order form and the glasses came in so blurry I couldn't stand it. Ofcourse they said it was my fault and said I had to pay all over again. I'll not be using them ever again. Horrible system and customer service.
Received low-quality, blurry glasses. Return policy is very misleading, especially when it is only advertised as "15-Day Returns; 365-Day Warranty; Money Back Guarantee." Tried to return for a refund, but they claimed I did not enter a PD with my order - I did. So they wanted me to pay $42 TO THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT for shipping in order to correct the issue. I'm not going to pay anything to fix an issue caused by their system, so I basically bought a house decoration. I could return them for the cost of shipping and a 70% refund on the lenses, so I would still have paid them for no reason.
I ordered a pair of glasses and I can't see with them. I uploaded my presecription and used the online form to guess the PD. When I told them I can't see with them they mailed me a small ruler that sets on your nose and told me to take a picture and email it. Of course the number they got was different. First of all if the PD is crucial they should specify that and offer to do what they did BEFORE they made the wrong prescription. Don't tell people to use a printed pdf that's unreliable. That was a big waste of money. Now I'm out $100.
Won't honor one year warranty on my glasses. My glasses listing says 365 day warranty, and they said it's only half a year because it's half rim! Where does it say that? These people make terrible glasses. Both my glasses I bought from them broke. Absolutely a bunch of crooks their bad reviews are all over the place listen to them.

Awful awful company. Reply times usually 24 hours longer or more. After a long wait, glasses came. They gave me a splitting headache. I asked for a refund and despite their money back guarantee, they said this was not possible.
Despite, having measure my PD with the specsavers app. They said this was wrong but for a fee they would send some new lenses with the correct PD.
Several weeks later, no package. They put the wrong address on the label, managed to track the door down from the tracking picture. Put them in, exactly the same problem. Despite me sending them my full prescription.
I've contacted customer services and strangely enough they haven't replied.

At one point they were going to re-customize my lens and I was going to put them in the frames. Just kept sending me emails asking for more info til the 15 days was past. Just want everyone to beware.
