I paid for priority mail over a week ago, and still havent received my glasses. I have gotten no updates, and have no idea when they shipped. I paid 180.00 for these. Ive called and never received a call back. This is all very frustrating..

Purchased prada sunglasses and I love them so much! The service was top notch, fast and the glasses are 100% authentic and reasonable price. This is my 5th time buying with Lensntrends, my go to glasses store. Check them out, its small business owned which I love to support.

I ordered a pair of frames from Lensntrends. I haven't received the frames but received an email to review my experience. So I emailed the address and still haven't heard back as to the status of my frames. Very poor customer service and if I don't hear back soon, I will have to take other action to get a refund or my frames.

I am so glad I purchased glssses through Lensntrends! They were so helpful and had such a nice customer service team. I love my Tiffany glasses and was at such an affordable price. I will be purchasing through them in the near future.

I ordered a pair of versace sunglasses and they never replied with a confirmation email. I waited two weeks and then i escalated the case to paypal. Guess what, they replied right after, and they replied very fast with a very dumb excuse " we havent contacted you because we have ordered your sunglasses from Italy and we are waiting" They wanted me to close the case so they can ship the sunlgasses tomorrow. I received my refund, but it took a month, not worth it, they are scammers.

Sad that I was really looking forward to receiving this package. I had to wait for several week for it to ship, and when I finally received shipping information- the package seems to be untraceable. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a pair of glasses. I was provided with a tracking number and tracked it everyday for a week. During that time the tracking location never changed. The glasses were never shipped out. When I reached out to customer service I was told that the glasses were shipped and returned back to the sender. LIE! Don't order from this company. Save yourself time and energy.

I ordered these on cyber Monday. I am not one who likes to order online. I had searched for the best price for some Tiffany sunglasses, as a Christmas gift. After ordering them I got a email saying there had been a mess with the manufacturer and it would be 3 weeks before they would be shipped from Italy. I became concerned that I had ordered from a fake company and had lost my money. Couldn't find much about Lensntrends. However, they always answered my calls. They did try to make me happy. In the end we got the beautiful Tiffany's the day before my daughter flew out. They looked amazing. Now that I know it wasn't a sham company I am blissfully happy with my order and the company. I highly recommend and would definitely order from them in the future. Excellent value. A special thank you to the lady my husband dealt with, I know itt wasn't easy or refreshing. You handled the situation with grace.

I received an order confirmation but nothing about when the frames will be sent. I am not sure they even have the frames or that I will received them. I would like to know so I can order new glasses or that my new frames are in the mail

This is the worst online site to purchase anything! I will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud. I purchased a pair of Gucci frames and never received any tracking. You cannot get in contact with anyone via the number they provide on their website. One Haley sent me an email saying I will receive my frame a week after I purchased it, that never happened. When I contacted her again via email, she repeated the same thing. I am yet to receive a tracking number, not to mention my frame.
My advice for anyone reading this message is RUN FROM THIS WEBSITE!
They do not even deserve a one star.

I'm very happy with my sunglasses! I started using them as soon as they came in. They were definitely worth the wait and I'm hoping to order another pair very soon. The quality was amazing and I'm very impressed

I found a pair of Versace sunglasses on Lensntrends for such a great price. I called customer service so they could assist me over the phone with the order they did the order for me over the phone and were so helpful and kind. My experience with them was so easy and shipping was quick I will purchase from them again very soon and recommend to friends!

I placed an order for glasses then tried to cancel the order via email and telephone and never received a response. Secondly, my credit card was charged and I never received an email saying my order had been processed.

Your business lied about having the glasses I wanted and wasted our time in ordering them. You should know what you have and not false advertise that you had Tiffany glasses that you did not really have.

I paid extra to get my glasses faster and I am STILL waiting for my order. Why did I pay extra if I wasnt going to get my items in a timely manner. Very upset with your service. I have never ordered from you before and I probably wont again considering you charge extra for expedited delivery and you dont follow through on what your customers pay extra for..

Very trustworthy and I didn't have to wait to long for them to send my glasses and I'm very pleased with their customer service team by informing me about the process of me receiving them and they also informed me of the day tho have gotten delivered so yeah thanks lensetrends!

Ordered a pair of sunglasses with a Havana shade. Waited and finally received email saying out of stock. Why were they being advertised if they were out of stock? Offered another shade with small discount.

Just because you find what you are looking for and you order it doesn't mean they actually HAVE it. Spent a lot of time looking for glasses frames online, found something they listed, ordered it and moved on to one of the countless other items on my to do list only to be notified later that they are just a middleman for the glasses makers and oops... they coudn't get it after all. Back to square one!

Ordered a Polaroid face visor and I understand separately that it is on backorder, but I did not receive any indication from lensntrends on anticipated shipping. I shouldn't be charged until merchandise is shipped.

I've been dealing with ear wear my whole life and when I came across lendstrends I was pretty excited. My eyewear that I bought, I couldn't be happier. They are beautifully made, totally adorable and exactly what I always wanted. Costumer service is amazing which is a huge for me. I'm very pleased with this company and will continue to purchase.

I just received my order today with my Prada glasses! I absolutely love them and they fit perfectly. Customer service was great through the process of ordering them and when I needed an update on the status of my order they responded right away! I am truly pleased with Lensntrends and I will most definitely order from them again!
