I think this company means well but needs to work on their communication. I finally got my order in today after 3 months. Better late than never. The sunglasses are great and exactly what I wanted! I recommend contacting them through their email. They will get back to you eventually. I feel confident they are decent people.
Very upsetting. Still waiting to receive my glasses. My daughter ordered a pair from here too and they came with a prescription in them. She hasn't received the correct pair. I am out nearly $600 with no resolution. Buyer beware!
My frames were supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago but still haven't arrived yet. They created a shipping label a week ago just so They could claim that the process had already started, but it's been a week and they still haven't delivered. I've been constantly calling them for the past week to be told that they'll be coming in the "next few days" but that's a bunch of bull. Their customer service reps were no help at all and kept repeating the same thing. Eventually I was transferred to their "manager", who promised that she'd get it done within the day, but still nothing changed.
TLDR: Save yourself some time and shop somewhere else. The few bucks you'd save shopping here really isn't worth the hassle.
Ordered a pair of sunglasses and paid extra for expedited two-day delivery so I'd have them for a trip. A week later, the order hasn't shipped. No live person answers their customer service number and I have not gotten a response to voicemail or email inquiries after multiple days.
I ordered my sunglasses not knowing that they had to come from Italy first and was told that it may take 3 weeks for them to receive them before shipping to me and I had to ask what was going on instead of them letting me know there was going to be a delay... make your customers aware that they will be coming from another country so they are aware before ordering, just in case they don't want to wait that long to receive their order...
Very bad customer service, actually none from them. Can not get ahold of them. I paid foe 2 day shipping bc I need my frames asap just didn't know they would take over 2 weeks to ship. Will never do business with them again. I want even cancel my order bc there is no communication with them.
I've been trying to get a reimbursement for an item that I did not receive for 3 months now. Phone advisor, manager, and other people I spoke with promised to reimburse. But have not followed through. I'm currently opening a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
I ordered a sunglass several weeks later didn't get shipped, I called to cancel the order, I should get back my money after 3-5 business days of course didn't happened, they send my order 3 days after I already cancelled. Im trying to return but there is no zip code on the website. I called they give me an address with Washington state and NJ zip code! Don't order anything from them! Never no one is responding on emails. Probably have to call the credit card company to cancel the payment
Order has been in pre-shipment for almost two weeks now and even though I got a notification saying my order was on it's way it still hasn't left the shipping facility. Customer service was of no help, and now when I go to view my order the shipping information and tracking number has been removed.
This was superfast shipping - i received my order within two days, which was really unexpected. And I love it! I also love that there is a 120 day return policy, just in case. (I hope i don't need it but it's important to me that this exists.)
I was informed via email that my order could not be completed, that the item I ordered was no longer available. I have since reached back out twice, asking how and when I can expect to receive a refund, and have yet to hear back from anyone.

I ordered a pair of glasses 05/04 with 2 day shipping, received an order confirmation and have waited over a week with no shipping confirmation. I tried to call yesterday 05/12 no one answered the phone, I even left a voicemail but no one returned a call. I understand with everything going on it may take a little longer but I continue to get adds and promotions but you can not conduct the business you've already received. Unless something changes I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.
Do not order glasses from Lensntrends. I ordered my reading glasses a week ago paying an extra $55 for overnight delivery as I need them to read for business purposes, and have yet to have Lensntrends ship them out. I have emailed and called, leaving a voice mail. I received zero response from both efforts.
Found these framesin the store and they were the only ones I wanted. Unfortunately they were $130.00 more than my insurance would pay. Lensntrends saved the day by having them at a most excellent price. I ordered them Monday. They arrived at my house Friday in full Tiffany packing. So fabulous.

After placing an order and 5 follow up emails, it took over a month to deliver the item. I wanted to return the item since it took too long to receive it, but they did not accept. I do not recommend this store at all.
I was a little concerned about this site. I had never heard of it but came across it on the internet. I was searching for Tiffany sunglasses. I found a pair of cat sunglasses, but I made a mistake and ordered the brown blue instead of black blue. They were 210 with a 10 coupon. 200 bucks! Every other site has them at 340. After I realized I purchased the wrong color, I emailed lenstrend and said I needed to cancel the order because the black blue was out of stock. Carrine responded immediately and said she could get the black blue cat shape glasses if I would wait 10-15 business days. I said yes. Carrine came through for me and I just received my sunglasses. The right color. She has responded to every email I have sent. Carrine expedited shipping for me, as well. I have always wanted a beautiful pair of Tiffany sunglasses. Thank you for your assistance Carrine. I will be back to purchase again. The amount of money in savings is worth the wait.

My girlfriend finally found glasses she liked. Found them on Lensntrends at a fair price compared to others online. Neded them prior to the holiday to get them lense corrected since I was not going to be in town this Christmas. Was shipped from Italy and took 2 weeks to receive just in time. Just in time and they look great. Spent another $200 to get her some fancy crystallized coated something or other glass, but they look beautiful. Thanks for helping to make her gift special.
With the holiday being right around the corner, demand is crazy! These glasses were definitely worth the wait. They are exactly how they look on the site. You definitely get what you pay. The quality is true. My sister is going to love them.
If you are rich maybe you will not be too affected by this company but as a poor person who lives paycheck to paycheck my experience was horrible. This company emailed me a few times apologizing for not having the glasses I ordered and told me to go ahead and look at the website to see if I find something else I like, I decided to use my money and buy my glasses somewhere else. A few days later this company still charged my bank 215 dollars which I no longer had in the account, causing my account to overdrawn and for me to pay fees to the bank. I called this company and they said they will give me a refund. This was almost 4 days ago and still no money.
Ordered sunglasses on 11/25. Heard nothing about shipping so I e-mailed them on 12/5 and received a return email stating that they would arrive at their facility the next day and they would ship out. Still nothing. No shipping notifications or anything. I have since sent 3 emails and called and left a voicemail and nothing. At this point i just want a refund. So disappointed.
