Item ordered hasn't arrived, and it has been impossible to reach anyone at Lensntrends. Does anyone work there?

Don't hold your breath waiting for your product, service, or even a effing email. You will die first.

It's been 7 days since purchase. The only communication has been a charge on my credit card. No acknowledgement of order, and no frames, zip.

I never received the glasses I paid for. After numerous emails and phone calls no response. 400$ sunglasses and 5 months later.

Everything from ordering to receiving, including communication during the process was flawless.
Shipping was superfast! Thank you!

Very disappointed that my order still has not even shipped and I cannot get any updates. I'm worried that this company is not legitimate.

Purchased eyewear but it was never shipped to me. I have sent two emails inquiring about the shipment but they have gone unanswered.
