I ordered 2 products from them and suddenly i have these issues:

Almost a week they send me email saying that:
1) First item i ordered was out of stock, they're suggesting other brands with slightly different amount on what i ordered, i just agreed just to proceed with my order.

After couple of days again
2) The second item i ordered has suddenly price increase on way higher on what is posted online.

I decided to cancel my order and ask for refund but its been a month and still didn't received my money.
Worst customer service ever, he just keep on ignoring my emails didn't bother to reply and always making excuses when i calling him saying that he is done on his part and the problem is in accounts department which is completely unacceptable for being customer service representative.

It pissed me off, i blocked their website on my pc just to avoid them.
PS: while writing this review i still didn't receive my money.:(

Very unprofessional and misleading, they commit a fast delivery on the site at purchase and then they do not deliver on time, when I called they lie about it and say that the courier has been trying to contact me... when the courier didn't even have the consignment until yesterday, poor response as well from the customer service team! I sent an e mail to cancel the order after they failed the delivery date and they don't even bother to reply and acknowledge! Now waiting a confirmation of cancellation and refund of 2500 dhs after 5 calls made to them

I ordered LG home theater system from Letstango.

The stock shows available and hence I placed the order

After i placed the order, (amount deducted from my credit card), 2 / 3 days later they are saying the item is not available.

When I asked them when the item will be available, they have no clue.

This is totally unacceptable and never faced this kind of situation with other websites.

I will never ever even consider to buy from them.

Last month, I came to know about Letstango.com in Dubai and ordered one HP Spectre Notebook. When it was delivered to my home on the 4rth day, it turned out to be an apt online deal on gadget for me. I could pay through cash on delivery and even got the product at a low price.

I ordered HP Laserjet Pro from Letstango for my office in Dubai after evaluating my options. Even nearly after 4 months when I call the letstango support they so their best. There is a person called Ryan there and he is good! It made payment through cash on delivery and best is that for sending it to Abu Dhabi they did not charge any shipping.

I didn't buy anything from this company, but someone sure used my credit card with them. Over $1300. Neither the company nor MasterCard will say anything about it. I want to know WHO did it and also the billing address of whoever did it.

Seriously, Dubai? Why would someone in the U.S. buy something online from Dubai? This stinks of criminal fraud.

I bought one Apple Wireless Airpod and Apple Magnetic Charging cable. I am a gadget freak and I mostly buy new gadgets through various online portals. However, I must mention it was a hassle-free buying exp. I was thoroughly impressed by its supportive customer care. Before buying, I called them 3 to 4 times and they addressed all my queries with patience.

I got the product in due delivery date. Opted for home delivery with cash option. I wasnt harassed by tonnes of phone calls for product delivery like my previous experience with other portals. Guy opened the product infront of me to check. And said that he will take it back if the product is damaged. They use safe packing so it was perfectly delivered.

Two weeks ago, I called up the customer support professional of Letstango and asked them if they could deliver one Samsung Galaxy Tab within 2 days as mine had broken and I needed an immediate replacement. What I could have managed was just the weekend without my tab as I had to be travelling for an urgent work. They delivered it on the weekend and the their customer care checked with me post delivery.

I bought an Iphone which was sold as brand new and for a similar price than one sold at the Apple store but big was my surprise and anger when I discovered it was first a used one and second a STOLEN and blacklisted phone. I was able to make use of this phone while in Dubai but it suddenly stopped working when I moved to France and used a local courier. The phone was coincidentally stolen and blacklisted in France. This company is fraud and they are selling illegal stuffs. Worst customer service I've ever seen I literally harassed them to get refunded but they would simply ship it back to us at your own cost. What you do is criminal offenses and you should never be able to trade again. Stay away and spend a few more pounds on a REAL phone from the Apple store.

After a few purchases and seeing the mixed reviews online, I decided to give my review of letstango to share my experience. The first purchase I did was just 1 face mask, I was skeptical cause it was super cheap (Nature Republic mask for AED 7!) and if they didn't deliver I wouldn't be too worried losing the amount. The customer service agent really put me at ease. I was surprised it was delivered in the same day, and in an eco-friendly bag instead of a cardboard box.

It started being my go-to for kbeauty products. Not making any big purchases... Up until I saw they have a buy now pay later feature. Setting up was simple... and long story short I basically got my very own iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for paying nothing upfront! I'm super happy. I didn't know Dubai had such features. I also want to thank the customer service for being patient with my millions of questions about the pay now feature. 5 stars!

Till now I ordered 4 gadgets from letstango.com and I have found all of them to be of high quality. The accessory brand I have seen in some stores too. The Samsung Galaxy Note phone, Vector Luna Smartwatch, I got really good price.

The customer support they give after the product buy is the one of the best I have seen. Even the refund policy is customer friendly and prompt. I ordered a DSLR camera as a gift from this site however had to return it as my brother changed his mind. Fortunately it was hassle free and got a timely refund.

Last month I shifted to Dubai for a work assignment and I wanted to buy a few kitchen accessories at reasonable rates. I ordered induction Cooker with Non-Stick Pan, one UST Toaster and one Ceramic Cookie Mug from Letstango.com. Within 3 days, the products were delivered at free of cost to my house. Packaging was good for breakable items.

Hi, when you thinking about online shopping always look at its return and exchange policy which for letstango is also better. So they got good monthly sale and daily offers. I usually take cash on delivery but creditcard, debitcard and also giftcard is accepted here what I know. Hope this was helpful, thanku!

Last year when I ordered one HP LaserJet Pro printer for my office I was quite anxious if the printer work properly. I had to spend and be sure to get it right since my boss was going to pay for it. I usually buy from the sharafdg but decided to order online this one time was getting a 5 % off and didnt have the time really to go get it myself. Overall I am satisfied.

I know know that if I want to biy only the best procducts from a trusted online store then this is the store for me. It has so many things in store that you may even end up buying more than you wanted. The website also has a nice design and is easy to navigate. In a fe minutes you will have ordered what you want.

They first list a product as if its in stock. Then they send you email saying they canceled your order because its out of stock and u have to wait 10 days for the refund to come back in your account. Now its been 30 days you have to beg for your money back they wont give you your refund ***scammers***

This is a with a very good customer service. It took me quite a long time going through the stores website and not because it was hard but because I was just going through the many producs available in the store. I finally got what I wanted and ordered. It arrived in time adn i have never been happier.

I have bought samsung LED 50KU7000 TV. The price is around 30% less than carefour or SharafDG. The item was delivered to my house in Musaffah within time specified. Their online chat window is useful. Most of the time the customer service will call you if you leave a message. I use internet extensively for shopping but i did not find such a wonderful service from a local website.

Attractive offers always compel me to shop online. I have picked up attractive deals on letstango.com on top brands post comparing prices on pricena. Ended up buying a Headset of JBL at AED 1175 recently and my experience overall was good. I got a well packaged box coordinated at my delivery time. Same headsets as how I saw instore. Will definitely will buy again.

Bought a Monitor and screen was defected upon arrival - letsTango refused to honor their 14days defect returns and their cheating distributor refused to accept the return of the defected Monitor - lost 1200AED while blaming me for mis-handling the Monitor!? They have cheated me and delivered a broken monitor! They are dishonest and cheaters.
