Here is what I learned the hard way, going to Leviton direct online vs shopping their products at Home Depot or on Amazon, is a BAD idea. After several purchases, & the switch plates being incompatible with toggle switches, I wrote them. I learned they don't even make toggle switches to go with the switch plate THEY sell. To return the incompatible switch plate, I had to first call to find out a woman's email address to write & request a return "approval". She sends the instructions at that time. Then I find out it is a 25% restocking fee, in addition to paying shipping myself both ways. I looked at Home Depot & Amazon, to find the identical Leviton products sold at HALF the cost elsewhere. Why would ANYONE want to shop with Leviton. Worst experience. Now out money & 2 months time, and starting over shopping for what is needed on a simple light switch. They are not upfront & in my opinion that is dishonesty.

Why can't these $#*!heads at Leviton make replacing a damn lights switch easy?
They have to switch everything backwards and up side down so when you install an outlet or a switch, absolutely NOTHING works.

People post all over the web that they replaced a switch with Leviton brand and it doesn't work. Then they get responses after that Leviton has their heads up their $#*!ing asses and everything is backwards... WHY?

I seriously could give a $#*! how long you've been in business, you people are $#*!s!
I absolutely refuse to ever buy another Leviton product and will tell everyone to use another brand.
Other companies don't play heagames with consumers.

I had installed the Leviton switches so called remote controlled in my house. Well it DOES NOT WORK! I am 300 miles away. Every time I try to use it remotely it is OFFLINE and it cannot be used. They try to blame power outages, internet down or whatever - none of that occurred.
SO STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!
