Very bad experience with Lexus Parts Now. Order worth $ 254, after 4 days parts department changed the price of one item from $ 51 to $ 83 and they didn't send the order.

THE RATING SHOULD BE ZERO. I ordered part #*******-******* (see photo 2), they sent me part #*******-0E011 (see photo 1), not the part I ordered. Tried to return the part. The RMA dept. first rejected the return because "the part was electrical" (their words). After me complaining because the part they sent me is not an electrical part they authorized the RMA but charged me 20% restocking fee. This is ridiculous, as you can see from the photos, they sent me the wrong part and then charged me a restocking fee. Everyone that I have spoken to including the "RMA Dept. Manager" has done nothing but give me the runaround. They will not wave the restocking fee. My advise is "DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE".

I ordered a black spoiler and they decided to send me a white spoiler. And now they are charging me 20% restocking fee and shipping fee. They are con artist.

I bought parts from lexus parts now in november, and i received the wrong parts. I tells them a lot of time by email and phone. RMA WAS OPENED, AND PARTS HAS BEEN RETURNED BUT NO REFUND OR NO CORRECT PARTS SENT. IT S CRAZY, WHEN I CALL OR CONTACT THEM, THEY ONLY TELLS ME CONTACT FEDEX CROSSBOARDER. I LOOSE MY MONEY 250$! DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE BUY FROM LOCAL DEALER.

I searched many online sites for accessory wheels for my Lexus. I chatted with this company and asked questions regarding product availability and shipping dates. They sent me an email confirmation showing "IN STOCK" and ready to ship. My delivery date was 1 week from order by Fedx. My order was placed using PayPal for buyer protection.

Online my order showed the order date and the delivery date range which came and went. My order showed "packaging" on the date it was expected to be delivered. I called and no answer just a machine. I chatted online and waited 20 minutes before someone even replied to my question of where my order was and no answer was given. I finally requested it be cancelled and refunded. I waited another 17 minutes before a reply to me it was cancelled but no answer to my refund. Another 11 minutes before I got a answer saying I would have to wait 7-10 days for a refund from PayPal. I was lied to about an item being in stock and shipping out and delivered on the dates promised. They made me wait over an hour online to request a cancellation and get a refund. I order thousands of dollar online each year for car and boat. Never have I had such an experience or wish any of you to deal with such a company. Run...

Ordered. No communication. Checked and the order was canceled. Dont recommend could have gone to a dealer instead of waiting a week to find out it was canceled.

Tried to gouge me for another $45 shipping 2 days after my order was placed. They DONT answer the phone. These guys absolutely suck and should be shut down. F*CKING THIEVES! I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR IF POSSIBLE

My side mirror took 6 days to come. Unopened but I was not allowed to renew because it was an "electronic product". $550 thrown away!

Scam, Stay Away. You will get a bunch of emails that look like they are shipping the item soon -- they don't

I ordered parts from this site. The parts I ordered from the site looked like the picture. It was a banjo bolt/ oil check bolt. The one I needed had an oil filter in the end of it. The part i received was not the part that was expected. The return process has taken atleat a week with back and forth emails and finally the outcome was they would refund me at my own shipping expense. Mind you I have already paid shipping once. But also they want to charge me 20%for restocking fee. So my 36$ order is not worth my time nor the money spent to get this item back to them. I will not order anything from this site again. Not happy with my experience and thought I found what I was needing...smdh...from the pictures you can see that this bolt is not hollow all the way through. This will not work with an oil filter in the end. This bilt will work with a flow through or a T intersection but not with a 90° turn. Not an easy part to find period but I thought I found it on this site. This site does not accept any responsibility for their wrong doings. Their wrong doings would be improper display of part for sale. Good pictures of parts is a must or saleing on the web. They have lost a future customer and plus I will try my best to stop anybody from buying from this website in the process. I repeat I would not buy parts from this site. Use rock auto instead...

WOW... found what I was looking for at a good price at LexusPartsNow, and when I went to pay for the part it they wanted to charge me over $350.00 for shipping and handling... they also informed me that I had to pay via Bank Transfer, first. I challenged them via online and inquired why the high shipping and handling, the only reply I got back was that was their carriers doing. BULL, I ship lots of stuff UPS, USPS and FedEx and none of them charge that amount for what I was ordering, which I might add was about 5lbs and 12"X12", so when I added in the SCAM shipping and handling the cost was the same as the parts dealers that offered free shipping. So LexusPartsNow scams you on the low price add then sticks it to you via shipping and handling. Oh, I might add the part I was needing is located in a warehouse for Lexus Parts that all of the parts dealers get their parts from, so again I caught them in a lie. And do I even need to say anything about them demanding I bank wire the funds to their bank first... yea right... should not even give them a one star... stay clear of these parts dealer

I received a damaged item. I sent them pictures and they gave me an RMA and a label to return it. After returning it I got the run around from the seller several times and finally sent an email saying they were not going to refund me because the part is damaged. THEY SENT IT DAMAGED!

Website do not match the inventory price and availability, so long dragging process with price escalation etc.

They didn't ship everything I ordered and refused to refund the parts I didn't get. Based on my experience I would not recommend them to anyone.

They cancelled my parts order twice without telling me or ever giving a reason. Both times they just quietly cancelled the order.

They return policy is $#*! and They charge a restocking fee of 20% and you've to pay for shipping.
Poor customer service

These guys suck, please avoid them, I've had several items missing from every order I've placed with them. I will not use them again.,

Ordered a part, did not work. They refused to allow a return. DO NOT BUY FROM LexusPartsNow.com. That business should be shutdown.

They send the wrong parts knowing it and knowing that they have very strict return policies. Scammy business model.

Purchase Lexus part from them, took it to a lexus dealer, they told me its not a legit lexus product to return it. A day after i got it, i called them to return it, they refused to speak to me and told me i have to go on line and chat/email, so why do they have a phone number?

So i went to their site, requesting and RMA. I had to wait 3 days to get a reply to my RMA request, they asked me for lame things, like "what items did you purchase that you want to return?" they have this info in their database, since they have the order number, this is just their way of DELAYING THINGS so you "MISS THE RETURN WINDOW"... i replied nevertheless, sure enough 3 days later i get an email stating that the only way i can get an RMA is that if i get a signed letter by the Lexus dealer stating the items are not genuine lexus... AHAHAHHA EXCUSE ME? More delays? These guys are a joke, i am still within 10 days of when i got the product, these guys are a real frikin joke!

STAY WAY OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED!

Purchased mud flaps for a 2019 NX300 that were validated via VIN number on lexuspartsnow.com. One of the flaps was absolutely not correct (front right). I contacted lexuspartsnow and they called it a packing error and sent me a return shipping label. Sent these back, received a new set and I had the same issue with one of the flaps clearly being incorrect (they said that they validated the correct fit with a Lexus dealer, I call BS). Contacted lexuspartsnow again and they sent me an RMA number for the parts but no shipping label. I contacted them again and after some effort they agreed to send the pre-paid shipping label. Sent the parts back and requested a refund and heard nothing for two weeks. Contacted them again and they said the RMA department would contact me. Waiting over one week and I contacted them again and was told the same story. I then disputed the transaction with my credit card company since they were jerking me around. Three months later I contacted my credit card company and according to them lexuspartnow said they did not receive the parts back. I have the tracking number and it shows the parts were in fact received at the specified delivery location. I have provided that to the credit card company and and was in wait mode. Lexuspartsnow.com insisted to my credit card company that they never received the parts. I spent alot of time with my credit card company showing them clearly with the tracking number that the parts were in fact received and my dispute finally stuck. My initial experience was pretty positive as they shipped these quickly and the first return process was easy but once I requested a refund they acted completely differently. These guys should be shut down an are total rip offs. Even worse, the ratings on their site are high! Unbelievable

Received package. Mechanic had already ordered one. Never opened package. They would not take back.
