I needed a new alternator for my es300. The dealer at lexus wanted $800 for the part and install. I got the alternator with shipping under $350 and the installation at my local repair shop was an hour of time for $85 if I provided the part. I saved a total of $300 by shopping for the part online and not going to the lexus dealer.
Be sure to read about the return policy idc if you didn't install the products. I ordered a fuel rail assembly and received a fuel rail. I told them it wasn't right I'd like to return and purchase the right product and they told me I was SOL on that $175 cause you can't return any fuel related products. I told them it's never been installed with picture proof and they didn't care. Could NOT return the product what so ever. So basically they took my money. I hoped for a better outcome but this is what I got. If anyone needs a fuel rail for a 99 ls400 I got one brand new in the box. Further more when you buy parts I strongly suggest making sure with a customer rep that it's exactly what you want so you don't have my same situation.
My order had 1 missing part from many ordered. Ordered 2 engine air intake filters and received only one. Immediately notified their RMA department. Agreed to have the part sent to me again and thought it is a done deal. Later found they asked to take a picture of all the parts in the package. At this point, almost all the other parts were already installed. Snapped a picture of the box itself and 1 part that still wasn't installed. Like it would prove anything about the missing part.
Received message from RMA dept that dealership said all parts were sent, case closed.
Told them the case is not closed and also asked if a dealership has a picture of all parts present in the package... Looked up from the box label dealership address and now trying to reach out to them directly to resolve this.
Long story short, order directly from your local dealer and avoid these scammers. They don't even have a real physical address...
Tip for consumers:
Avoid them, order from local dealrships

Not worth what you can save. They program
Is not updated. Even tthough they ask
For the vin #. They still make mistakes. It happened to me
And then they blamed on me, so that way they don't have
Pay for shipping. I lost the two shipping and handling
Plus 15% restocking fee. Never again buy from them.
This company's a joke. I bought a part, and they sent me a completely different part. The new part didn't fit, but they insisted that it fit. It didn't fit. It took me a week of emails and phone calls to educate them that it doesn't fit. And this isn't even the issue - first of all why are you sending me a part I didn't order? Second - why do I need to argue with you here? You sent me a completely different part number than the one I ordered. At one point, they started automatically hanging up my phone calls and didn't answer! What an absolute joke. Anyways, after talking with about 4-5 different people, they agreed to a refund, but they said they would charge me a restocking fee and I would have to pay the shipping label. Seriously? This, ladies and gentleman, is what you call an absolute joke of a company. Again, I talked with several people before they decided that this was their fault! LOL.
DO not buy from this company, return a part a month ago. Now they are telling me I can not have credit for because they ship the wrong part and I can have it back and sale it on ebay. What kind of company is this.
Just wasted $500
LexusPartsNow.com apparently does not sell OEM parts as their name would imply. I ordered the OEM part pictured on their website but did NOT receive an OEM part. I went to the Dealer and (for only $7 more) got the OEM part for almost same price and better quality. There is an obvious difference in the construction from the OEM part to the one from LexusPartsNow.com (pictures below). Their site says "Brand: Genuine Lexus" but the part they sent (in a Toyota/Lexus box) has a name stamped on the part that I've never seen. If I wanted cheaply made, no-name parts, I could go to the local parts store. LexusPartsNow.com should be called NoNamePartsNow.com. Deceptive.
Tip for consumers:
Always check the dealer first. Sometimes their parts aren't much different than those seen on the cheap websites and you get higher quality parts.

I order a part which was wrong, send back and they ship the right part. Now waiting on my refund for the wrong part. It has now been a month and still no credit, I have call the RMA department
Each week and is told they it will be sent out each time. I would not buy from these jerks again. Now have to get a lawyer to get back my money. Again don't buy from these guys
Bought a bunch of wiper refills for my 19 GS350 and they shipped the wrong ones. They asked for pictures so, obviously, they were not very detailed, i.e. No part label, etc. They came back with "We've determined from the pictures that we sent you the correct parts, so you will have to pay to return them plus a 20% restocking charge." Seriously?! They could have been Honda refills for all they know! You couldn't tell from a picture. These nut jobs will to anything to NOT give anyone a full refund and cover their own mistake. Trust the reviews and don't make the same mistake.
The website advertises the wrong part, with 4 photos showing the part I need, only to ship a different part. When I notified them, they blew me off. Email was from "Kiapartsnow", Horrible customer service. Lost a customer.
I provided my Vin number to order a mirror, they provided! E with an incorrect part number which I didn't realize until I got the part. Called my local lexus dealer and they very easily provided the correct number, called lexuspartsnow, they said they would return it but I had to request an RMA. Three days later they tell me its my fault that their website has the incorrect part and will not return it because it is an electrical part. Worst customer service online to date! Stay away!
Tip for consumers:
Order somewhere else, parts dont match Vin, they dont care
Bought an outside mirror for my wife's 2008, RX350 Lexus. Ordered a passenger side, outside mirror in Pearl White. Received an outside mirror in grey. Called customer service and was told the mirror only comes in grey. Not according to their website. Specifically says "Pearl White". Went through the RMA to get a refund. After 7 phone calls, and 6 weeks of waiting, finally got a refund on my credit card, but, with a $90.00 restocking fee taken off the refund. It was their mistake. They sent the wrong part, and charged me a restocking fee. What a great way to do business. Sell the wrong part, then charge a restocking fee to return it. Contacted them after the restocking fee trying to get an answer as to why, but they never returned my calls or emails. Disgusting company. Go to your nearest Lexus dealer. Avoid these people.
Inside the correct box # was a very wrong part #. Sent photos as evidence but they claim that I received the correct part based on the box label; although I showed the part # inside is very different for the box label. They will only RMA if I pay for return shipping and want to deduct 20% restocking fee based on their statement that I received the correct box regardless of what was inside. INCREDIBLE! There are a lot of complains about similar issues of this company on Google. They also have an "F" with multiple unanswered complains on the Better Business Bureau organization. So beware!
My package was lost and LexusPartsNow lied to me about sending a replacement part. I called several times to get the part I needed, each time they had a new twist on the lie they sent a new part out to me. The bottom line is they never sent me a new part as reported. They just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone!
I received defective parts. Sent back for full refund, instead they sent me other parts. Sent back for full refund, then they tell me the parts were damaged when I never toke them out of box. They lie I would stay away.
Used their selection tool to order floor mats for my Lexus GS430; selection tool was wrong; merchant declined my return. In short, these people are crooks. Stay away.
Tip for consumers:
Their selection tool on website incorrectly indicated the product would fit my make and model. Upon arrival, I unboxed and fit them to my vehicle and they did not fit. I attempted to return and was declined apparently because I had opened the package. This of course was the only way to verify fit. These people are unscrupulous crooks! Avoid at all cost.

Entered the vin number for my Lexus to be sure Ihad the right parts before I ordered. Received the right brake pads but the wrong rotors. I returned the rotors after getting an RMA from the. I sent the parts back and they received them on 12/24/19. It is now 1/9/2020 and they have not refunded my money or responded to any of the 3 emails I have sent them. I paid $30 in shipping to return the $200 rotors. So right now I am $230 in the hole and have nothing to show for it other than the pads (not included in the $230). Hopefully they will contact me and make it right but from what other reviewers are saying It doesn't look good. I sent another email today.
They sent out the wrong colored part. They acknowledged the part description on Their Website states Ivory, which is what I needed based on entering VIN. They sent a grey one. Very rude and crude RETURN MANAGER.
The true worth of a parts vendor is in the price, availability and customer service.
LexusPartsNow FAILS MESIRABLY when it comes to customer service. I paid an extra fee to have the parts I ordered sent via FED-EX. Only one of the two parts I ordered showed up on time. They had no explanations for the missing part. In the interim I made arrangements to the part elsewhere. Then the part shows up a week later. I don't need the part now. Now they want to charge me 20% restocking fee plus shipping.
Does this sound like good customer service to you? I THINK NOT. STAY AWAY!
Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I write to ask them about a part fitment for my 2014 Lexus IS 250 C. They respond that my VIN is an "international" VIN, that the car was made outside the USA, and that they cannot help me. Now, almost every Lexus is made in Japan or Canada and when I point this out, and the fact that other suppliers have no problem with the VIN, they tell me to go shop elsewhere. And I can use the VIN to lookup the part on their website. Just completely worthless service.
They sent me the wrong item, and they wont to return it.

Provided them the VIN and they say OK, and that I'll get email confirmation in two hours.

Going to my account on LexusPartsNow and seeing that "password or email is incorrect".

There are NO WORDS how to describe my disappointment.
Lexus Parts Now RMA review
1. The refund is not the full amount of what you pay. They charge a restocking fee of 20% and you've to pay for shipping. They warn you that if there's damage during shipping they'' not refund and prod you to purchase their own shipping label for an extra cost.
2. The wait times are incredibly long, it's been 10 days now and i'm still in the process of getting my item returned let alone receiving the refund.
3.3-4 days to process your RMA request, another 2 days to mail you the RMA form, another 2 days to send you the shipping label which protects you from possible damage during shipping.
4. The live chat agents are crude at best, they don't tell you what to do but order you around and instruct you to 'WAIT' for things to be processed upon which you might hear back from them on email. They don't bother with even pretending to care about customer service let alone use words like 'please'. They WILL make you feel like a lowly person for attempting to return an item.
5. Their items don't fit perfectly and are cheap knock offs most times, don't be fooled into believing that their stuff is truly OEM at a 'great price'.
Bottom-line: DO NOT buy from these people, never, run far and run fast! Hope you guys don't repeat my mistakes and if at all possible boycott these guys. Describe your new note here.
Tip for consumers:
Never Ever Buy from these guys !!
I ordered some parts with the VIN number but ended up parts didn't fit my car so I need to return them. They told me they would charge 20% even thro wasn't my fault. I called back finally they agreed to return a full refund but when i checked my credit card statement they really took 20% fees. Such a liar company... poor customer services and STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN.

Ordered a simple Rocker Protector for $36.00 (a simple piece of plastic) and these morons were too cheap to even include the bolts to attach them... what a joke... stay away!
Received wrong part and the package shipped was also opened. Contacted them back for replacement or refund but they refused because package was opened even though it was received opened.
Tip for consumers:
Buy from somewhere else. This seller will not refund wrong or opened parts even if parts were shipped opened.
