I needed a new alternator for my es300. The dealer at lexus wanted $800 for the part and install. I got the alternator with shipping under $350 and the installation at my local repair shop was an hour of time for $85 if I provided the part. I saved a total of $300 by shopping for the part online and not going to the lexus dealer.
Be sure to read about the return policy idc if you didn't install the products. I ordered a fuel rail assembly and received a fuel rail. I told them it wasn't right I'd like to return and purchase the right product and they told me I was SOL on that $175 cause you can't return any fuel related products. I told them it's never been installed with picture proof and they didn't care. Could NOT return the product what so ever. So basically they took my money. I hoped for a better outcome but this is what I got. If anyone needs a fuel rail for a 99 ls400 I got one brand new in the box. Further more when you buy parts I strongly suggest making sure with a customer rep that it's exactly what you want so you don't have my same situation.

I believe LexusPartsNow.com by Auto Parts Prime sold me a defective item or worse. On the pretense that its an OEM Lexus part, but the mechanic/technician at Lexus of Westminster stated it doesn't work with Lexus. So I had to purchase a new OEM Lexus part from Lexus of Westminster. Then LexusPartsNow.com by Auto Part Prime asked for the Vin# to the car like they were going to do something good or positive and let me return the part so i can get my money back. Now they are stating that they won't take it back. Due to it being an electrical item and part of their RETURN POLICY. In my opinion and maybe many others will agree that is poor business ethics. The questionable Lexus Key FOB is in new like condition, still in its plastic bag with no apparent Lexus name on the bag. I have notified the proper authorities and most likely will notify many online.
I would suggest that anyone considering ordering anything from this shady company find an alternative source for the parts you need.

I bought supposedly genuine Lexus break pads from them and they were very squeaky to say the least. Went to my mechanic several times and he told me they were defective and I had to buy them from real Lexus dealer. Save headaches and your money and don't buy from these guys they are scam. They would not refund me for defective parts they sold me. Avoid them like plague.

These guys are a total $#*! show. Avoid at all cost!
They will tell you things are in stock, and then a few days after you place your order, they will send you an email that says they have to "special order." When you call, the customer service rep will tell you they have to be order from the dealership…which you could just do yourself.
The customer service folks, to include the manager…awful. They will just handicap you to their policy and process, so you can forget about cancelling your order.
Again….avoid these guys at all cost! You're in for a rodeo show messing with this one place!

Ordered floor mats for my 2006 Lexus SC430 convertible. Color was described as "camel" and photo on website showed a light tan color. When mats arrived actual color was medium grey brown—-not even close. Had to pay $55 in shipping to return mats that were misrepresented on the website. Cost of mats: $87.92 less restocking fee of $17.58 less return shipping of $55.39 = $14.95 refund. Contacted LexusPartsNow requesting reimbursement of shipping costs—-No Response.

I called and requested for resolution and was told that I did not inform them of my missing parts within 30 days. Which I did within the time frame. I have email proof that I sent several emails to *******@lexuspartsnow.com but no one responded. I spent nearly $600 in parts and was cheated for $100 in parts. Very poor customer service. I will be reporting this unethical business practice to the BBB.
My auto mechanic did rear suspension work on my 2004 GX-470. I thought that I was ordering the right parts but one component was incorrect and my error.
They refuse the return as they say it's electrical. Please! It happens to be a bracket.

I bought a part from LexusPartsNow knowing that they had a return policy that seemed reasonable. Upon receiving the part, I realized I could get it cheaper elsewhere. I was happy to pay shipping both ways. I would've been fine with paying a restocking fee. But here's the kicker:
1) They never mention restocking fee on their site until you actually try to return something with an existing order. This is predatory.
2) After they received the item on 6/19, they didn't return my money for over 10 business days until I repeatedly pinged their email AND live chat to return my money.
They are a scum company with very predatory practices.
Bought the parts I needed on Tuesday said 1-3 days processing. It's now Friday and still hasn't cleared processing. They said they have to wait for the funds to clear. I'm sorry but if my credit card says approved then it's approved. I don't have to wait three days to buy my gas to make sure it clears the bank. What is this website 1970 technology give me a break. I entered my VIN on their website to order brake pads. They have 2 available parts to choose from and both parts said they would fit the vehicle.
When the part arrived and I was ready to install it, guess what? It doesn't fit...
Even ebay doesn't mess this up. I contacted via phone and email to try and get it returned, but they denied it per their policies and won't help me any further because the label is torn when I opened the brake pads...
This is clearly wrong on their side since the VIN should have the exact car variant and specs and the website should only list 1 part.

I ordered an oak color seat belt. I received a gray color belt because the part number was superseded. However, the description still said oak on their web site. Nobody contacted me to let me know if I still wanted in the different color, and the company will not take it back. Horrible customer service. Do your homework and pray that you get the right parts. LexusPartsNow.com apparently does not sell OEM parts as their name would imply. I ordered the OEM part pictured on their website but did NOT receive an OEM part. I went to the Dealer and got the OEM part for almost same price and better quality. I ended up saving a few dollars since there was no shipping cost. There is a difference in the construction from the OEM part to the one from LexusPartsNow.com (pictures below). Their site says "Brand: Genuine Lexus" but the part they sent (in a Toyota/Lexus box) has a name stamped on the part that I've never seen.
I followed their instructions carefully and returned the part. I waited several weeks only to be told that they will NOT refund my money because they didn't receive the item. BULL! I have proof that they received it so I guess they keep my money and sell the part to someone else. What a sweet scam for them! LexusPartsNow.com are scammers, plain and simple.

At least check pricing at the dealer first. Sometimes their parts aren't much different than those seen on the cheap websites and you get higher quality parts, you can often get the part same day, you save money on shipping, and you're guaranteed OEM quality.

I ordered 2 key fob covers from them and when I received them they were paper thin unlike the originals. I emailed them to return. They gave me the run around for 4 days and still refused my return request. New ones on the bottom.
Listed a part as "in stock" on their website and allowed me to purchase it, then sent another email a few days later saying it had been canceled due to being out of stock. Extremely unprofessional. I have worked in sales and never EVER would I list let alone SELL an out of stock part to a customer. That is very poor customer service and bad business practice. I am incredibly disappointed and urge everyone NOT to but from them.

I ordered what appeared to be a complete set of a key for my lexus is 350. The photo on there web site shows the key and transponder together. When I received my key it only came with the transponder and not the key. I contacted them through email and they replied "sorry" and there's no refunds on electronic parts. I wish they would have made it more clear. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.
Will show a specific item is in stock and then will allow you to order it. Then will instead send out a "revised part" number that won't be what you ordered. Once you call and let them know they will make you pay shipping and a restocking a fee on a part you were under the impression was available. Horrible customer service. Avoid
I ordered shocks for my LS460 and they don't communicate well, it's disjointed and cumbersome. They won't help or advise, just give you more and more hoops to jump through to order parts, then they don't offer refunds and want you sign away your rights. Never use them, ever.
I order part from this website. It takes forever to get them to get my order ready. It been over two week and i still haven't receive any information from them.
