Nightmare this app is gonna cause me a divorce it says I leave in middle of night when I don't. It says I visited an address over 100 times never been to that address my wife thinks that's my girlfriend's house. My wife got app I agreed because she thought I was having an affair so since I have nothing to hide I agreed and it's caused major problems almost like something out of twilight zone. I tried contacting customer service no phone number it's like pandora you can never talk to anyone because of this app my wife is convinced I'm having an affair. It also says phone usage when I never touched my phone she thinks I'm erasing messages. Don't get life 360 it's caused alot of problems for me it don't have any customer service.

Over the past few months, I literally lost all confidence in the reliability of this app. It used to work properly with no issues and then after a few updates it's an inferior app. It doesn't even function properly anymore and doesn't update when one of my drivers leaves a place or arrives to one. They keep updating the cosmetics of the app which I could give a rats butt about while at the same time degrading the basic functions of it. It's so laggy and slow now and I have an iPhone 12. I don't know how some people are ok with this app but I'm definitely switching over to one of the newer and upcoming tracking apps.

We have a bee driver who isn't always honest. We use the app to make sure he is where he is supposed to be, and he has signed a contract to abide by the rules due to past bad choices. We feel reasonably assured that he is following the rules to drive the vehicle we bought for his use. He doesn't need more freedom; he needs boundaries. This app is helping us make sure our son is safe as he finished growing up. We are REAL parents with normal rules.

I really like the app. It helps me keep up with where my husband and daughter are, and helps them keep up with me. It's not always completely accurate. Sometimes it will ping off another tower or something and show you've went somewhere when you didn't. That's rare, but it happens. Usually when it does happen, it will show a straight line instead of the road you supposedly took. Using the app is better than having to call to say, "Where are you?" all the time. They can tell when I leave work, since it's never at exactly the same time, and that way they aren't interrupting me in the middle of finishing up or talking with a patient. If you are using it to keep track because you don't trust someone, you have bigger issues than this app can fix, but to keep up with each other for safety and convenience reasons, it's a great app.

I'm a teenager, my parents have this app to track me. This is fine, however, randomly it will say I'm moving and driving across town when I'm at school. This app also says I have turned crash detection off and made a 20 minute trip to town in a matter of 8 minutes, absolutely ridiculous. Not only did I have to explain to my parents the situation, but they are also suspicious of me because it has never happened to them. This app sucks, they need to fix their issues with crash detection and location accuracy. I shouldn't have to explain what happened because this stupid app decided to glitch out on me.

The only people who don't like this app are the ones who don't want to be tracked. I use this for my small business to keep track of my service techs. This app helped me catch one employee stealing time from me. It probably saved me tens of thousands in payroll for this guy. Awesome app. Thank you and keep up the great work.

My family has used this app for several years. I raised 3 girls and it has definitely gave me a peace of mind knowing they are safe and where they tell me they are going. I don't use it to spy like some people think parents do. There are a lot of sick people in this world and if something were to happen to one of my family members I can trace where they have gone to. It has only glitched a hand full of times and certainly not enough over the years to give a bad review. Recently someone stole my sons phone and I was able to go straight to the location and get the phone back with this app. No crash detection does not work but I can track how fast my new drivers drive or slow. Which helps me guide them.

Hi, I'm in my late 20s & my mother wanted to get this app and make sure at the end of the day her kids are safe and sound. She even bought the "gold membership".
It was great until it started saying I was at certain locations that I was not! The funny thing is. I got my boyfriend involved... "hey babe it's awesome" I regret every bit of me saying this. How do you tell your man that this app is lying? When he sees clear as day that you were at a very specific house in a neighborhood... house #, address, & everything! Do we go knock on the door? Then what? I am furious... my family obviously believes me but trying to explain this to your partner is ridiculous. I hate this app w/ all of my heart. I was at Publix but apparently I was in a nearby neighborhood at a very specific address & it says I was there for 19 minutes. Now I'm left deleting this app but still unanswered questions. FML

This program used to provide a service for responsible parents and teens. It provided accurate enough location but for us was more a safety issue - rough driving and cellphones being picked up (texting - not hands free use). However, because of a teenager tik tok campaign to remove the App (it can already be circumvented by the teenager who ‘wants' to). The company has either stopped providing any reliable data - for a little over a year it has been increasingly inaccurate about my own driving example: picking up the phone, hard breaking and speed - most of which isn't reported at all. It has ended with a so-called 10-mile bubble which teenagers can create around their actual location (surprise! No ones in the center of this bubble just somewhere). Oh and I forgot, they "Claim" all their no-longer functioning features work inside the bubble?

Our family shares all our information with each other. It wasn't purchased to be a ‘spy app' for us. So, as the person who pays for an App to benefit the entire family - Beware, this has become a garbage App!

I also point out. If an App is designed to stop providing its intended purpose, one which it's actual customers pay for, then the company must be paid more for some other purpose...
