Our family installed this app on each of our phones. It was supposed to be a fun family thing, plus a bit of a trust builder. For the most part it works great on our teens phones. We dont really monitor it much for the kids, but for the times we have, its been accurate within a few miles. However on my husbands phone, its been a nightmare. The app has shown him at strange locations, odd houses for hours, shown full trips with many timestamps, all while he should be at work. Im not sure if this makes a difference but myself and our kids have iPhones, my husband has an Android. Also theres many power grids where he works. After many upset hours, conversations, texts, and proof youre one place when the app says your at another, weve concluded IT cant be trusted. Tread lightly and be wary with this one this app is WAY MORE damaging than useful.

With this App I discovered my husband has Super Powers. He is able to drive in a perfectly straight line through Buildings, Rivers, even Mountains. He intermittently pops into random homes for anything up to 1 hour. I might also add that he drives faster than a speeding bullet to reach his destination in a mere 6min which used to take 20min. If you're after a map that looks like a child has drawn random lines all over it then buy this product, you'll love the art work. If you're looking for a FUNCTIONING app to show EXACT locations you better look elsewhere. Absolute Crap!

Yes i have a question about life 360. Good Afternoon: I have been a member since last year and I want to say I am super happy with the app and I recently upgraded to plus and highly recommend to all my friends and family. Yesterday something strange happened with the app and I want to know if you can explain why it happened. One of my circle members showed a 164 mile drive made in 26 minute@ 61mph from Laredo to San Antonio. Then showed a 164 mile drive made in 12 min drive@ 51 mph from San Antonio to Laredo. First of all the driver did not leave Laredo and secondly if driver left the drive to/from San Antonio to Laredo is not 12 or 26 minutes. Can you please advise what may have happened here.

I purchased the $5/mnth after trial period & they charged me $74.63 at 1 time. L wanted MONTHLY pmts and had requested that as my pmt option. No help whatsoever when i emailed CSS & they told me to contact apple. I did, and apple says this app has no refunds (?!) what a BS way to run a business. I was just going to change to monthly pmts (that i had originally requested!), i cancelled my yearly subscription. Going to see what else i can do to get my money back... on to the lawyers ugh. I hate having to do this.

Paid for upgraded feature. I need to print my history for milage for business. There is not print option or save to file option. Custoner service tells you to print screen. Really? That's not even a reasonable option. Who would make an app that has a web-based side of it and not be able to print that has to be one of the dumbest things I've heard to not put a print function. Very disappointed don't use this app if you're needing to print anything or use it for mileage or any business purposes and certainly don't pay for an upgrade.

Had life support on Samsung Galaxy S 111 and my Granddaughter gave me her old phone Galaxy S6 keeping my same cell number. My Granddaughter is very technical savvy and she transferred everything from old phone to new phone, everything transferred fine EXCEPT "Life 360". It doesn't want to accept my phone number and do not remember password, cannot get any help from Life 360 Technical people to solve problem. Very unhappy with Life 360.

Do not put ur trust in this app. My husband daughter and myself have it and all 3 of us would be sitting in living room and all of sudden my husbands phone would tell my daughter and i that he left the property hes been gone 5 mins or he could be gone 5 hrs but be right there with us the whole time. We will be deleting the app cuz it said i went to walmart this morning which is 2o mins away i went maybe a mile from our house to let a friend catch a ride with her friend. My husbamd was worried to death. Its causes massive fights ones divorce comes up in and if he divorces me over thos bill crap i promise yall will have a lawsuit in ur hands. I camt imagine how many divorces u guys and google drive has caused. Shame on yall! Yall need to get this issue fixed fast.

Family member was hit from behind on the Interstate. No alert was received, even though all needed parameters were in place

This app was recommended by another parent at the bus stop, and at first - I thought it was a great idea. Nope! Within the first week or so of use, the app began sending me notifications that my daughter had left school, showing that she moved about 2.5 miles across the main road to a different school. I was not sure what to think, but I hesitated on calling because she did have an event coming up with band, so I thought maybe the date was changed... a couple hours went by, and my worries increased, so I called her school. She never left! I was so embarrassed - why would I trust an application to give me accurate information?! After sending a message to Contact Life360, I received an email, a really long email, explaining that it was a "bounce out." The app had the tendency to lose data/connection, and jump to a nearby cell tower, which can relocate the circle member away from their last known location. This "bounce out" happened three more times within the next two weeks. We only had three members within the family circle, and it was always my daughter, the alerts would pop up on my screen, showing me she left the school! No no no, not what one expects from a location application. Improve the technology so that "bounce outs" never happen.
