LifeCell Cream

I ordered this for a trial and found the product excellent. I did make the error of not noticing that I was subscribing for regular shipment. That never works for me because I use half, or less, of the amount of product that companies seem to think is the right amount. I have been using skin care products for years and was taught to press a small amount into the skin. I have always gotten great results by using this method of application. When I called to cancel the subscription, the agent was not very pleasant and subsequent emails even less so, but that has nothing to do with the product, or the company for that matter. I persisted and let him know that his attitude was not acceptable. Now, back to the product: daily use has been very effective, so much so that I am going to reorder and try their hair care products. Let me give the company a bit of advice: do not assume that people know how to use a product...even one as simple as face cream. Most people will do only a superficial application and will assume rapid results. They need to be taught proper use. They should also be reminded that it has taken many decades of neglect, bad habits and improper care, for those nasty blotches to appear. It is unreasonable to expect they will disappear in a month or two. I had one scarred spot where a dermatologist had twice removed a dark spot with liquid nitrogen. After 60 days of proper consistent use, it is almost gone, By the way, my 78th birthday is a month away and even my dermatologist is impressed with the clarity of my skin.

They say there's a money back guarantee but it's a lie they will take money from your account then start making a bunch of excuses as to why they can't refund it. And it doesn't even work.

As soon as i send the first payment of the free trial, my credit card was changed with US Dollars 189 as well. I cancelled immediately and should get the payment back. Will wait

The cream is a total scam! Do not buy it! Pay attention! Do not buy it, don't waste your money, you won't get your money back and you will pay for shipment if you want to return it. Believe me

This company is a joke, don't trust them, don't enroll in a "free trial". Save yourself the headache, this company is misleading and product lacks results.

I got a "free trial" of this cream (I just needed to pay for the shipping). Well, not only they charged me for the "free" cream, but also they suscribed me, and I was charged with 149 dollars every two months for 3 times. It seems that they have a clausule (in a tiny size) written in a complex language for the subscription, and you have to scroll down to see it.
PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY FREE TRIAL OF ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY.
Talking about the cream, it´s ok, but it´s absolutely overpriced. You can have creams much better and cheaper, particullarly European brands (the organic ones are the best).
I don´t recommend this product at all!

I just bought a trial cream for my daughter and within one minute Life Cell charged me $189.00 for body butter which I never authorized. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I ordered this product and I can attached the amount of emails I sent and the call where I was suppose to be called back. Horrible customer service no one got back to me they sent the package and it Placed at another home lost stolen instead of sending me a replacing item they have given me the run around asking me to fill out a theft complaint with the usps and they ask questions that only the company can answer I explain this to them yet nothing I was told I would get a call back still waiting and they stole my money cause I didn't get the item or my money back these people are crooks. Bad company and service. All they have to do is send me a replacement item every company ensures there product I guess they don't care if customers receive the items or not and problem resolved they probably would of had a long term customers but with this experience I have had I will assure to leave a review EVERYWHERE SO PEOPLE DON'T GET TAKEN FOR A FOOL. Didn't do a thing for me if you open the box they will not refund your money there is not anything on the box that tells you who it's from go figure
