Life Extension

I was introduced to Life Extension by a compounding pharmacist shortly after they first started. I was with them through all the trouble with the FDA. I have found their products and services second to none. They are my go-to place for supplements and longevity information—the last order was no exception. The order process was easy to follow, and the shipment was quick. As I wrote this, I tried to remember a problem that was not immediately corrected, and I can remember none. The only complaint I have is with the shape of the bottles. When they switched from the white to the blue bottles, they made the top of the bottle more square, so it is hard for my fat fingers to extract a single item from the bottle, and the seals on the larger bottles are stuck on, so tight I must gr a knife to open them.

I can't think of another company for which all I can only complain about is the shape of the product container. Keep up the excellent work, Life Extension.

LE no longer sells "Endocannabinoid Booster" nor "Bright Eyes NAC eye drops". The market demand for cannabinoid-related products is soaring. The need for NA Carnosine eye drops increases as average age increases, but government nannies harass manufacturers while retailers who are timid run for the hills leaving patients in the lurch. Now I have to purchase my NA Carnosine eye drops from a different source, at a higher price even though from the same manufacturer.

While attempting to purchase products online for first time with Life Extension, I experienced difficulty before completing the process. Since it was almost midnight I was tired and started to give up--yet saw there is 24/7 customer service. So called them at that point.

I've been buying Life Extensions for a while now and it's so much more convenient than going to a vitamin shop. The products are giving good results and I can read up on what the product does and how it will help with my health.

I'm taking multiple supplements and I love that I can order almost all of them from Life Extension. They are a company committed to excellence in their products and their customer service. I highly recommend them.

I ordered on 8/30 and received confirmation of order. The accompanying blurb said that orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. No notification of shipping, and here it is over a week later. NO shipment. NO customer service. I'm leaving for the town where my doctor is tomorrow with NO labs, NO kit. And NO idea of what's going on. I will never trust Life Extension again.

Life Extension's website makes identifying and purchasing vitamins simple. The printed magazines and flyers help explain the beof their products. I feel confident I'm purchasing high quality vitamins and supplements from Life Extension.

From beginning to receiving my product the entire process went smoothly without a hitch. Though I am being general, this is my first encounter with Life Extension and it went well. The only problem I am going to have is I cannot rate the product because due to medication issue I cannot use it. I did not do my research enough on the issue.

Never received merchandise No merchandise received. Never received any package. Nothing. Nothing. Please refund my money!

I ordered directly from Life Extension thinking I would receive my product quckly. Am disappointed it is still not here.

It's been several years since I became a customer of Life Extension. As a former customer service agent for an airline company, I know good customer service when I get it and LE is at the top of the game. The professional advisors are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and the founder of the company Is a caring trailblazer in preventative/alternative supplements. They never promise the moon, but do give you healthy alternatives to investigate on your own. Quality is very high in all business practices; in the making of products, testing, and customer care.

Order was fulfilled and shipped promptly. Items were well packaged and received undamaged.

I have mentioned the shipping length in previous purchases. I love your products however after being in the heat days I know the value of potency is definitely affected. It would be nice especially summer months that the care of expensive items be taken better care of - faster service.

I am a new customer.
I wanted to give NAD+ a try.
I placed a minimum order and signed up for auto-ship to receive the discount, knowing that I could cancel at any time.
I got a confirmation saying "thank you for your purchase".
Later I received a message saying something was missing and to re-submit my order.
I didn't fully understand what the problem was.
So, I ordered a single bottle.
Then, I received confirmation notices on both transactions.
That's just not right!
I do not want to do business with a company using deceptive software practices.
The are other reputable suppliers with which to deal.
I hope the product works since now I'll have three bottles.
I am very disappointed.

I just wish you would send an email when a product is delivered, and leave tracking numbers for those items that haven't been delivered yet. I'm awaiting a second shipment, and I can't find a way to track it!
