Where is the Lycopene? I ordered it over a week ago and was told it was to be delivered and it has not. Usually, my Life Extension products are delivered very quickly. Is there a problem, or a hold up? Just let me know.

I previously purchased my supplements from Invite Health, but they are extremely expensive, especially now that I am on a fixed income. I've compared the ingredients and find Life Extension's products to be a more that satisfactory replacement. Plus their customer service support is excellent.

Instead it wasn't any better than regular. The person assumed that I was going to be defensive and returned with aggression. Once he figured out that I understand that mistakes happen and I remained calm as he should have, everything got smooth and he removed the overnight delivery fee. I certainly will continue to use LEF.
