This is in regard to Dr. Edward Withers in Houston, Tx. I signed a contract to have a procedure done and paid my money. Six months later I received bills (from the hospital) for over $800! His office claimed there was nothing I could do but pay the bills. It was NEVER explained to me that his could happen. AND Dr. Withers needed to do the procedure again having not done it right the first time. I cancelled the procedure fearing another hidden, substantial fee. BEWARE!
Would give them a rating lower than 1. Have never received anything from this company except wasting my time. Sadly they are linked through Swagbucks---so I tried for the lousy 25 points, but it doesn't even register that you did the requirements. Want to waste time and give you information out---this is the site. THEY LIE! Or as the President put it "alternative truths"

THEY LIE! Or as the President put it "alternative truths"
I've filled out several survey's and never got a darn thing. Now too, when I say i don't have certain condition or student debt, I get called anyway, even harrassed. These people get your info and then sell them to others. It's totally a fraud. Why can't the gov't step in and wipe them off the map? It's a crime!
They promise samples galore, and special offers, and then NEVER DELIVER! They ask a million questions just to get your information and then you have scores of spam in your email. Their nicely decorated website is just another way they lure people into their scam. Beware! This site is as bad as qualityhealth.com. Perhaps they're even either the same site or a close relative.
A very shady site. Don't waste your time. It's a scam and a lie. In their ads they show a smiling woman holding a box of free samples which is their decoy to lure gullible people to their site to fill out silly surveys and then a lie shows up and says that you can get a free Wal-Mart card. The catch? You have to buy an offer on the page which I refuse. In the meantime my information is being used to receive unwanted phone calls. Not worth it plus you will get nothing. Nothing and unwanted phone calls and spam emails. Worst company ever.
I took the "Will you live to 80" quiz, & I found it very incomplete:
--1-- It did NOT ask me my age -- I am 79.3/4 and think that I have a very good chance to live the next 3 months.
--2-- The "canned" recommendations at the end said that I should get a higher education. In 1964 I earned a B. S. (you know what that stands for), in 1967 an M. S. (more of the same), and in 1972 a Ph. D. (the same stuff, piled higher and deeper). The quiz needs to ask about "Higher Education."

I completed a survey about 10 days ago... I have been getting calls and emails from multiple vacation, winning, etc... on top of companies that I checked NO to. The calls are getting irritating and now I have to tell them to take me off the list... I am extremely upset and will never do another survey/questionnaire again. I would advise those looking for free stuff and deals etc to just contact certain companies interested and not do a survey...
This should be outlawed. A waste of my time and energy. All lies. Just getting info for companies to hound you. You never get anything free. This should be taken off the internet Hate this. It's a waste of my minutes. If it sounds too good to be true it is. Bull shi@"& cant say enough bad things about this company!
Fill out the form answer te survey, then get a rejection saying that I am not in an acceptable area, but am acceptable to get junk emails and sales calls. F>U> Lifescript. There should be some type of regulaon over this kind of scam
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BOTHER AND MARK ANY WEBSITE THAT USES THEM AS SPAM/JUNK
It seems LifeScript only wants to steal your info. They loop you with every single sign up for just a simple coupon. I made a mistake one day as auto fill in took over and ever since I have gotten NON STOP SPAM on my mobile phone. Prior to that mistake, I never got any. Even in texts. It's beyond annoying and I think they should somehow be taken down as literal information thieves. I'd give a Negative Rating but there is no option. Stay Far away from LifeScript!
They should be up front with how to answer each set of questions/offers. Never finishes correctly and I get stuck with junk mail in my inboxes anyway.
Do not use unless you want to waste your time over and over again.
I hate this site so much! I wish they would go bankrupt and get forced offline. That's how awful the Lifescript site is! It runs you in circle for hours and you don't get anything. It's a SCAM! I wouldn't even give one star but zero stars isn't an option.
I have many times gotten excited by the samples shown and filled out the information. I have NEVER received anything from this company. In addition to that I've had one or two companies that I 100% checked no, not interested, called claiming I asked to be contacted! They are scamming us for the info and false leads to the companies! Double scam. Quite brilliant but isn't it illegal?
BEWARE! Lifescript for women free samples is a SCAM! They should not be allowed to post on pintrest or any other website for that matter. Shame on you Lifescript! I am going to make it my mission to expose and shut this fraud website down. Lifescript is advertising FREE samples on Pintrest. I have posted comments calling them out on their fraud and they have blocked my comments. If anyone reads this and posts on pintrest, look up Lifescript for women and warn others about this fraudulent company...
There will be an investigation into these lies and misleading info and promises. There is no documentation that anyone ever received free samples. This is a scam to get personal info and use it in illegal ways.
This site is terrible. Ads pop up all over the place, constant movement of the screen because of advertisements, automatically taking you to another page to sell you something, ridiculous! If you want anyone to use your site, get rid of that crap! Couldn't stand it for even 1 full minute!
My wife signed up for a "trial", $300 later, we are fighting to get taken off the list. Called Visa, they are so aware of the scam, I didn't even have to explain it, he cancelled my card so they couldn't charge me anymore.
If it doesn't take you to the sample request page after the first page, it won't. All you need to do is enter a valid email that LS likes (sometimes easier said than done).
For anyone who does them but does not get a credit. If you fulfill the requirements in the disclaimer then email the support staff at Swagbucks or Lifescript. Peanut Labs are really good at crediting me even if it takes a day or two to get back to me.
I have had days with 400-500 SB from lifescripts crediting all at once from support tickets. Remember if we don't police this site they won't do it for us. If you meet the requirements speak up and you will be credited.
Just make sure you actually did what you where required to do. Don't contact support if you just click on it then move on.
Tip for consumers:
If it doesn't take you to the offer page straight away, use a different email address! LS is really picky when it comes to which email you sign up with.
They should start a new law like they did for telemarketers and we should be able to sue them. They should also have to pay us for all the wasted hours that added up from filling out so much information and getting nothing but more junk emails to waste more of our time. Hey president of the company you should give me a call and apologize personally.
Lifescript really sucks! Im really aggravated with this site and its everywhere. I have yet to hear of even one person getting a free sample from them its bull! You spend all that time filling out thier stupid surveys for nothing its a scam dont waste your time! There a so many sites out there that are great and actually give you free samples and you dont even have to do half the work or surveys that you do on lifescript!
Answered all the surveys and offers to be verified for a download which never came. Time and again I have tried but still this site will not verify to another site for my download. Another things is I have never received my free merchandise or samples as promised.
Tip for consumers:
Stayaway
I feel so stupid. They had me filling out repeatedly, the same form, who do they send it to. I filled it out over 10 times and it never did accept my info! Never got to become a part of the experience... what a rip
After spending ages to get thru the ad riddled pages, I come to the end and guess what I got for all of my time and effort? 50+ spam messages a day. This site gives you nothing BUT spam. They advertise all of this cool free stuff and you don't get it. It's a trap to get your email so they can sell it to third party aps and so on. Don't fall for it.
I've tried it and it's one survey after another and you have to put in your phone number and as soon as you click next page you start getting phone calls like, "you tegistered online to go back to school", or "to approve you for a fake grant ", don't waste your time!
I have tried for 2 days to use the calculator. I enter my info but when I attempt to go to the next subject I get the message enter infor and hit submit. There is no submit. I can't get past the info part. Very frustrating. Saw it on Jeopardy (sp) and it sounded great. Will try it again in a few days.
