I received a call from the store manager telling me that the trash cans outside the life storage place aren't really trash cans and to come back and take the trash that I left in there. Instead of letting me know in a normal, calm way, she gave me a big attitude and was yelling at me over the phone. I have never been so insulted as I was tonight. I finished the phone call in tears. Her name is Ebe and she is a horrible employee. I will be filing an official complaint against her.

Dirty floors, doors that don't work, emergency lights that don't operate, missing fire extinguisher (on the first floor), no electric outlets in hallways, locked bathrooms, rent that starts out low (to get you in) and then increases rapidly, discrimination and eviction for customers who complain about these lousy conditions.
