Liftmode Sleep Caps are the best. Finally, a formulation that works! On stressful day, about twice a week, I take 2 caps about 2 hours before bed and I sleep long and deep. Add to that Liftmode's excellent customer service and fast shipping and you just can't beat it. Sweet dreams.

If you want Phenibut, the Liftmode Phenibut is of very high quality and quite effective. Use with care (not more than two days in a row or two in a week) as it can be somewhat addictive and people are known to have challenges coming off of it. But it has served me well in social situations, as a mild mood stimulant, and as a sleeping aid.

I was curious to see if this supplement helped as much as eating regular fruits/vegs that contain "rutin". It helps with circulation and blood flow. Second is the product Phenibut HCl. I enjoy taking this product once per week and I suggest you stick to this guideline. Tolerance can build fast but if used as directed the anti-anxiety effects are present and enjoyable. Liftmode.com has good Phenibut HCl and I do enjoy their Phenibut FAA. I do notice a slightly different effect with the FAA but the HCl is easier to mix in liquid. Great product if used as directed. I recommend both product and company.

I've been using Liftmode's Tongkat Ali for some time now. This is my second or third(?) review of theirs. They are phenomenal and I've gotten more interested in liftmode's other products as a result. Furthermore, if you have any further questions about their products, they respond really quickly. For tongkat ali, i was curious about their CoA and they provided me with it through email easily.
