Made order and haven't received when i asked for refund they refused because they have had some trouble with my country s order but not.

How can I be nawal, nordine... etc, etc, etc and receive the package? How can the delivery service give me a package that does not have my name? I gave you the tracking number of my package that I paid with bitcoin, and you can of course make sure that the package has not left the United States! You did not want to send me the order or refund me after being sure that the package did not leave the United States, what is my fault?

I'm very lazy person, exceptionally in the morning...
