I bought 50g of L-Theanine Powder from the Online Company, "Liftmode", to see if I could augment my considerable Caffeine consumption, by combining the two ie. I added the suggested serving dosage of 200mg to each of my 3-4 × daily, large "Iced Coffees", in which I had halfed my usual amount of "Full Roast". I was hoping to obtain the same desired effects from less. Or at least minimize the unwanted ones (ie."jitters" & cardio-pulminary strain). And it did all of these things. It's a subtle but very worthwhile helper :) Considering I am prone to being quite sensitive physically. LiftMode's Caffeine 100mg + L-Theanine 150mg Capsules arean excellent alternative to my usual cup of coffee or soda during the day. These have enough caffeine to keep me energized, but the L-Theanine reduces the jitters I usually get from other caffeinated products. Ive tried both faa and regular phjenibut. To be honest, i used daily roughly 3-9 gram and had to cold turkle4y after like a month, it was like an acute mild benzo w/d habit. Id have to advocate that although it did suck arse, it was not bad excfept the first dose isnt acfhiievable in effect (subsequent days). Other good products too. (7/16/19)

The acid in taste of Phenibut is unmistakable. This company sent me 40 g. Of neutral tasting baby powder. I am returning it and we'll see what happens.
